We were greeted by our server Jenny. She was all smiles. Very helpful with drinks and the menu. We give her a full 20 plus! Dinner was so delicious. We enjoyed the entire experience. The bartender created a delicious orange margarita with fresh orange. The food was so amazing and served hot to our table.

Restaurant ambience was very cool and fun. Food was decent. Would have liked more than a shoestring fry. Dessert was knock your socks off good! Waitress had somewhat of a tude and I'm not sure why. We were kind, courteous, and friendly. Why wouldn't we be? I asked for extra water because I have issues with my esophagus and need a lot of water when I eat. We were given a tiny glass of water filled halfway. The waitress walked on past me saying, "uh huh, uh uh," while nodding her head and basically dismissing me. She did not bring me more water. If I would have been paying, she would have received 15%, not 20% tip. I've been a waitress many times in my life and it is hard work. I respectfully always give 20% or more. Her tude would have cost her. I was no "Karen" as people like to throw around. But she treated me as if I was!

My bestfriend and I dined in last night and everything was perfect!!! We ordered the beef ragu bolognese, the shaved Brussels sprouts Caesar salad, the focaccia bread and some cocktails. Everything was so delicious! Our server Jay was wonderful! He's such a gem. He was thoughtful, pleasant, funny and attentive the entire time. He deserves all the kudos! Thank you, Jay for a 10/10 experience!

The place looks great but unfortunately the food was bland. For the price I would expect more from this place.

I had a wonderful meal last night. The entree I had last night is now my favorite chicken dish from a restaurant and the charcuterie was very nicely thought through. The cheese selections were all delicious. The staff was great at explaining the menu. I'm really impressed by the Chef, kitchen and staff. Great work!

The food and service was terrific. The prime rib cheesesteak was perfect. Knowledgeable server, friendly and efficient. Had a nice time with our friends and the restaurant even brought out a special dessert for our friend's birthday.

Went for the Prix Fixe restaurant week meal. The appetizer and entree were very good, the dessert was good. The bar was very busy and the noise intruded on the dining area. No tablecloth and no table decoration like a candle or fresh flowers. They ran out of martini glasses, again due to bar so my cocktail came in a whiskey sour glass. Supposed to be a cosmo but didn't taste like one so not sure if there was a mistake, again the bar seemed to be dominating. They had no trouble taking the drink back and bringing me something else. In general I thought the service was very good and the food was good but the ambiance was lacking. I think there was a concert event so they seemed a bit slammed. Nevertheless the cost of the meal is the same whether they r busy or not.

This was the fourth time we've given Plough a try, and it was the fourth time we were heartily disappointed. The FOH staff is fantastic. They are the best thing about this restaurant. The food, however, consistently disappoints. I mentioned to my dining partner that "maybe they're better with burgers" and he told me I really needed to stop giving them more chances. Not a place I'll be coming back to for dinner again.

We stayed at the Marriott so it was convenient to just go downstairs to Plough Restaurant. We had chicken and dumplings which was delicious and spaghetti and lobster which was also delicious. I think portions could be larger. Had dessert which was very good. Although service was good, it was on the slow side and not attentive to water refills. Overall I definitely recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with Jay, "L," and the rest of the gang at The Plough taking very good care of us. The recommendations and food were excellent. My sister, brother-in-law, and I hadn't seen each other in quite some time; so we took a lot of extra time. The staff were fully supportive and never rushed us a bit. We'll be back!!

Our waiter was efficient and polite, my guests at lunch really liked their meal. The table next to us was a little noisy and the music at one point was a little loud but that didn't last long. I have been to Plough often and will return.

Had never been. Booked reservation for my son's birthday Thought would be more upscale but guess I should've realized it's a hotel restaurant. Menu choices sounded delicious but my husband couldn't eat the lobster pasta because was so salty/unpleasant spicy. My son's chicken & dumplings the dumplings had the same issue—salty &/or spicy- couldn't pinpoint the spice but not good & chicken breast overcooked. My beef short ribs were very good. Service was good. Seated us early, friendly & did comp my husbands meal. I'd never ask for that though it was really inedible
