I called two days prior to make sure they can handle a a large order. Everyone was courteous and polite on the phone. Nick assured me they could handle it. I called back to change something after placing the order. Once again, nothing but great customer service. The order was waiting for us upon arrival. Nick and the staff were once again appreciative and courteous in person. The food was well prepared and delicious. A good day was had by all.
I was expecting the worst but received excellent. Got the chicken cutlet with roasted peppers and mozzarella. Roll was very close to Sarcones which if you know Italian bread, is the best.
Since my last unfavorable review I have returned a couple of times and was very pleasantly surprised. I didn’t reach out to the management because I wanted to see if I had just caught them on a bad day.
I have gotten cheesesteaks both times and they were excellent. I grew up in Delco and still go there for cheesesteaks but this shop makes an excellent one right here in Lancaster. I will be returning in the near future!
