The club at this place can be a whole vibe or a hot mess on any given night. Drinks are usually good and affordable, music is pretty solid too. Security does great trying to keep up with anyone causing issues.

This place is gorgeous and has so much potential.. Seating could be improved with some high stools for all the high tables in there and the bar area..

Soft opening…great service…ahi tuna delicious and my mom proclaimed the margherita pizza “like it’s supposed to be.” Beautiful wide open space, simple but modern. Impressive soft opening.
Great music, fun atmosphere! I would go back next time I'm in town

Took 15 minutes to get a drink, barely a word spoken, karaoke sounded awful (not the singers). If you want karaoke that's fun and personable, go down to The Corner Bar on Tuesday and Thursday. Waaaay better experience.
I am former military and I have always used my Military ID to get into bars here around town. The two ladies that were checking IDs (white or white passing Hispanic, heavy set, dressed in sweats and crocs, very unprofessional looking) in the front were extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand my ID was expired but to have been treated as disrespectful as I was by those ladies you would have thought I committed a crime. I’ve gotten into this bar several times prior to this night on 4/12/2023 with my “expired” military ID so I didn’t know it was going to be this big problem. They also proceeded to be very disrespectful and rude to my husband, almost to the point where it looked racist. Once I left there I went into another bar with the same ID with no issues. I’ve never experienced such disrespect. As a veteran, I’ve never been so disrespected in my life. Business’s/bars in Lancaster don’t last long and everyone wonders why. Look at how your employees treat their patrons. This must be how management at QSB train their staff to act towards people. If you want to be treated with respect, dignity and like a human being I suggest not coming to QSB.Update: even the response from the review was unprofessional and rude! I didn’t get mad I just said that it’s never been a problem before and was met with so much aggression and disrespect! That’s ok though, I know who the mayor is, I’ll make sure to let her know what kind of business this is and how they treat their customers. I give it 2 years max ! Good luck ??
My friend and I decided to get some drinks in Lancaster this past Wednesday night. We were a bit bored where we were so we decided to check out QSB. When we arrived, we were barely greeted. There was a guy who apparently didn’t know what he was doing, and when he finally checked us in, he was clearly irritated/ being sarcastic when speaking to us. There was nobody there maybe 1-2 other people, so we went up to the bar and he stated to us that he would be extremely pissed off if we don’t know what we want to drink. Me and my friend looked at eachother and he decided to say that we can come get him at the front door when we finally can decide. And on that note we didn’t say anything, just walked out of the building, and as we did so he thought it would be cool to say “don’t get date raped” . Very strange experience.

Boom. I’ve been here multiple times already. I’ve had management tell me that the cameras do not work efficiently to be in certain areas. I’ve had security tell me there’s no reason to make a report, because nothing will come of it. I’ve been physically assaulted on more than one occasion just trying to go out and have fun completely uninitiated. I’ve had a man physically pick me up. I’ve had my cousin actually be pinched by someone else in the club and management not having anything to go on to be able to take the appropriate action against the specific individuals it has come to my attention at this point that clubbing at this location is unsafe as a woman and personally, I will no longer be attending security seems to just stand at the entrance to look good they don’t really do much in terms of making sure the club dance floor is a safe environment for women to dance or making sure that the environment of the club, as a whole is safe for women in general. I feel like the most important thing I need to point out is that their cameras do not work as management has told me themselves that the cameras do not work when I had brought up a specific situation where my cousin had been assaulted they had told me that camera access was blurry in that location and just to “stay away from it.” as a woman I feel like I need to share this information just to keep other women safe other than the physical atmosphere, the bartenders are amazing if they're not stealing your money to give themselves a tip but other than that horrible..
This is by far the worst club to step foot in. I have been here multiple times and it seems security and management are just there to stand and look pretty. The first instance happened when another individual was harassing my cousin and we were told by management the cameras don’t work that well by the bar so don’t stand there. I ended up going home with a bruise on my arm and nothing was done. The second incident was when another male proceeded to pick up my cousin after she told him not to touch her management and security were not concerned as I had to actually track down management like a crazy person for anyone to listen. As a woman this is not a safe environment. Inebriated or not it is never justified to touch a woman without her consent. With that being said please for the love of god himself do not come here if you’re looking for a safe environment to have fun. If you’re a manager it’s your job to handle situations and be proactive about unwanted touch and disrespect. Why have cameras if they don’t work? God forbid something serious happens, there’s no footage. Also having a woman in management, you would think you’d be taken seriously. It’s obvious this establishment is more concerned with revenue rather than the safety of their patrons. I digress. The bartenders are cool though, probably the only people who listen.

I got jumped here and the staff/management proceeded to not do anything about it. For the record I was punched inside of the establishment and there was clearly not proper security. Police were contacted multiple times and still nothing happened. This place clearly attracts a certain type of crowd. Better places to go in the city!!

Well after a couple of visits last year I'm not too surprised they have shut the kitchen down and turned it into a night club.Just an fyi night clubs don't last in Lancaster, the police get sick of responding to trouble and night clubs bring troubleSports bar with live music is a better option so I give them until June.

Absolutely terrible service, get to the bar and people who just got there get served first. First and last time I go there. No real hospitality.

AVOID this place at all cost and NEVER pay with your card only use cash and make sure to ask & check for your receipt because they will charge you for drinks you didn’t get and tip themselves.
