made a 12:30 reservation and was seated at 1:10. no silverware & napkins at the table - had to ask after my salad came. THEN THE SILVERWARE WAS DIRTY! Waitress was ok - nothing outstanding. needless to say i will not be patronizing this location again.

Once I found Jessica the server, I make it a point to ask for her. Her service is both pleasant and efficient. I often anonymously treat another table and I have found her to be extremely discreet. Food is food and although Red Lobster has a wonderful selection—I’d probably follow Jessica wherever she would land if she would leave.

My husband and I had a great time this past weekend at Red Lobster in Lancaster PA. Our server Sarah was absolutely fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely be back and hopefully Sarah is there 🤗
