I haven't been to Rita's in years. The last time I went was in Maryland and finally came across this one today. We walked in and the girl working behind the counter (Samantha) was so so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond with any questions we had. She recommended us a great sugar free flavor (Dragon Fruit). This location was very clean and nice. I hope this place lasts. They weren't doing a lot of business when we were there so stop in and get some Italian Ice.

I took my son here for him 5th birthday. I ordered 2 small cones. This place is EXPENSIVE! And the portions are INSANE! In the picture you can see the price of a small cone, and you can also see they do NOT fill the cone. They put an amount of custard around the edge of the cone, and continue... Leaving the entire come and center empty. ? When I talked to the lady that "served" me, her reply was... "Oh! That is just crooked". There was no offer to make a better one or reimburse me. There was no apology. Just sad customer care. I shall think twice about returning to this location.
This Rita's consistently has unique flavors that I never see in any other Rita's in the area (or anywhere I've been). They seem to get creative with their flavors which always end up being delicious. Love going to this specific branch and look forward to trying their new combinations!

This Rita’s is the best Rita’s I’ve been to. They always have the best flavors and something new to try each time I visit. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into their ice! I will always drive further to go to this Rita’s!?

Not alot of seating last year but that's bc they don't want people hanging out in the AC all day.. I loved my ice I had and I'm hoping to get back there on my birthday week.. thanks for providing a Rita's in the city!!
