We went for an hour of glow bowling for my birthday. The hour timer must have started when we paid but we had to wait awhile for someone to get our shoes so actual bowling time was about 45 minutes. Had a great time bowling but only had time for one game plus 4 frames with 4 bowlers!
The worst part was our food though. We ordered while bowling, part of our order was brought out but not everything, then waited almost an hour and a half, had 3 or 4 conversations with staff who kept promising it’s ready, only 5 more minutes, etc. The girls were apologetic but still nothing until finally they grabbed some food from the kitchen to go - chicken fingers were undercooked and cold so couldn’t be eaten. We left the alley, frustrated and tired (with a 1-year old), 45 minutes after we were finished bowling. I am a league bowler at Rocky but this was not a good experience.
Update: I did receive a phone call from the owner with an apology for our experience.

I took my daughter here for her 8th birthday today and I was so surprised that CHARLIE was in such a poor attitude that even my daughter picked up on it. The entire time you can tell he had an attitude. We were here prior to it opening but we were waiting because we thought the establishment opened at 4. If it wasn’t for my daughters high spirits the time would have been ruined. He didn’t even want to do the ticket rewards for her and you could see it in his face. I DID let him know to his face that he needs to have a better attitude if he is going to have more than just a bowling league as the customers. Manners are important especially in customer service. Put out what you love to receive. Sadly my parents even agreed. Ridiculous.

Horrible place. First they refused to book a lane over the phone have to do it on line, but their web site makes you book and pay in full for the lanes and shoe renta. I have my own shoes but still have to pay for rental when I asked about it the person working just ignored me. You book by tha hour not by game. they started the clock in out 2 hour time when we got there before we even got shoes for those who needed them. there was 8 of us so we lost 20 minutes of our time until everyone got there shoes and balls. when the time ended it was right in the middle of a game. so stupi. let alone that they have the lights out and loud music playing at 5:00 in the afternoon not family friendly at all. The staff was rude and nit helpful. I will never go there again! Biggest waste of money I have ever run into! STAY AWAY!!

Not worth the money…condescending staff!
You pay for 2 hours but they start the clock before you even get your shoes on!

Can't believe how much this place charges. Rather than charge per game per person luke most bowling alleys, its an hourly rate... per person! This hourly rates starts like the second you pay so the time it take to get your shoes, change them, pick out a ball, set up your area etc. is just eating away at your time. On top of that, it's $11 per person without shoe rental (another $5) and they charge for kids as young as 2 years old... My wife and I went with my wife's parents and our two year old (so 5 of us in total) and it was $82 to bowl one game that we technically didn't even get to finish because we ran out of time and it completely stops you in the middle of the game, doesn't even let you finish. If you want to bowl, find somewhere else that isn't so outrageously expensive. Will never be returning here.

EDIT: We also had our lane malfunction on us so I asked the guy up front if we could get some extra time because it took them 10-15 minutes to fix it (they have the controls at the lanes blocked which is bizarre to me) and he begrudgingly gave us an extra 15 minutes. Guys was super rude and had zero customer service skills.

Went in on a $2 Tuesday at 5:30pm. Yes I realize that holiday pricing is in effect but we were just looking for something to do with the family in from Florida for a few hours for the kids. I really do think $84 is a bit much for 2 adults and 2 small kids for 2 hours. $11 for one hour pp or $16 for 2 hours per person. Add the $5 shoe charge. Our group of 2 families spent $168 for 2 hours. You decide.

I never leave a bad review, i may take a star away or two, but this place is a joke. Not a good place for a family outing, rude desk people and not a good experience at all, I can go on and on, but I won't.
