We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai for pickup. Order total for two people came to $30. We thought we would get amazing food for that expensive of a price....Absolutely not…When we opened our Chicken Pad Thai, it was all onion, ONE piece of chicken, and FIVE big noodles at most. WORST food experience I have ever had in Lancaster. They basically robbed us of $30 and fed us fried onions. Never eating at this dump ever again!

This is the third time we've ordered takeout here, and the third time my dish comes almost half empty. Our food is pretty good, but this place is already $2-3 dollars more per entree than other similar restaurants in the area so to have a much smaller portion just widens that gap. For comparison, I get the same dish, ordered the same way, at Eastern Palace for $16.95 and it comes in a 32oz soup container with rice on the side. The same order from Sa La Thai is $18.95, comes in a 16oz bowl also with rice on the side, and is half empty on top of that.
I'd be happy with this portion if the price reflected the serving size, but at this rate it's just not justifiable to continue ordering here.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff and owner are all very kind and welcoming, in my 5 years of going I’ve never had an issue. The dining atmosphere is also very relaxing and nicely lit. No harsh overhead lighting or large noisy crowds. I highly recommend the pork bao buns, chicken satay, pad se ew, masaman curry, and of course a Thai iced tea. 5/5 ⭐️

Everything was great. Food was awesome. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PERFECT. I was trying to find a place while visiting to go see sight and soun theatre and couldnt but this restaurant was kn my top two to choose from . If youre like me and want to find a place that wont disappoint this place is . I think her name is kindsey she eas so nice and attentice and polite. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL

Food was so bad and expensive. The service was extremely slow and the waitress was inattentive. The interior feels very dated and the chairs were uncomfortable. I feel like I wasted my time and money dining in here and would not recommend this place.

We head here for dinner whenever we're in Lancaster. Service is quick and friendly, and the food is delicious. They are happy to adjust the spice level. We've never seen curry noodles in another Thai restaurant, the green curry noodles are our favorite. Pad see ew is also excellent.
