Ordered dinner online. Paid an extra $2 for avacados. Got home, opened the salad - no avacados. I called and the woman who identified herself as the manager told me the avacados were "hard and she didn't want me chomping down on them." Okayyy. So I asked why was I still charged when she purposely left them off? No answer. I told her I wanted the $2 refunded. She said I would have to come in. That's a half hour round trip for something I never should have been charged for. I'd spend more on gas. Second and last time going to that place RIDICULOUS.

The berry salad had no strawberries on it as advertised, and the size of the salads were surprisingly small. When you spend $30 for two salads, you would think that they would at least fill the container. Very disappointing.

I online order so I don’t get the chance to see them put the ingredients in so maybe that’s my issue. First time I ever ordered they gave me spoiled avocado which was inedible. I gave them another chance and tried them again, this time they completely forgot my avocado and swapped my $3 cookie for a $.99 pack of lays chips instead of just refunding my money for the cookie. Will not be back again and will instead just go to Panera or Sheetz for a salad.

Very disappointing. The staff did not make my wrap correct, it was not make in a bowl and mixed, a few ingredients were thrown on the wrap, hardly any lettuce was included within it. Was not very good at all. I heard the team member say he is gonna make it this way because he didn’t want to do dishes to the other team member. On top of all of this service was very slow, and they made the wrong salad for my wife. Will not be visiting again not worth $30 dollars for 2 people. Very disappointed.
Wouldn't sell me a kids meal without buying another item.

I will not be coming back to this restaurant ever again after what happened on the phone this morning. I called to get a refund that I was promised for almost a week now then they kept hanging up on me. I can hear them talking in the background that they don’t owe me a refund they or they don’t know what I’m talking about, but won’t let me talk to a manager, this is very disrespectful and I will not be coming back. I’ll be fighting my money.

The quality has gone down soooo much. One tiny container of dressing. House made croutons are now store bought, soup was extremely watery and salty. I understand it’s a tough environment and economy but $30 for 2 people for nothing is a lot.
