Salt & Pepper Italian Bistro Pizza

We were seated and waited 30 minutes for waiter to come back for order and he never did come back to us but we could see him taking orders and getting drinks for people who weren’t seated or even in the building when we were seated. We told the person in charge and left. We have eaten there many other times and never had this happen and food was always great but we will probably never go back again

Very cocky and rude owner. took them almost 30 minutes to make a large cheese pizza, really?

them employees be picking up dirty towel from the floor and went right back to making the pizza without washing their hand, I was standing at the counter witnessed the whole thing. Don’t eat here people!

Ordered takeout. Baked Penne consisted of about 50 noodles in sauce covered by a slice or 2 of cheese with small salad and bread for $20. So disappointed!

Our server, Rebecca, is excellent. She pays attention to our order and makes sure it is done as requested. The food is very tasty and the restaurant is very nice

10/10. The sandwiches were delicious! We were so excited to try them after being told by friends how good they were and let’s just say we were not disappointed. Will definitely be back and look forward to trying additional menu items!

Order from here frequently, good food. But, with delivery they are very bad at getting the order correct. Given the option to choose toppings etc., they frequently get it wrong.

This place is the greatest for authentic good Italian Pizza. I feel Lancaster got blessed with a restaurant like this. I tell my friends to try them out and they all agree with me that it is a place to will go back to for great food and a great price with great people.

This is My favorite lunch spot. Very affordable & quick. I love you can order online makes it so easy.

Did they switch owners or have new cooks? This was one of our go to take out and eat in for ourselves and visiting family and friends. We stopped by for lunch and don’t know what happened to the food but the red sauce was bland,the Alfredo sauce tasted sour and the pizza slices were mushy. We were regular customers. Now see ya later. Yuck.

Both times I came in here I saw 2 different workers being extremely rude to the young waitress’ (2 different girls) for mixing something up / not throwing a ticket away properly. Let’s not hire minors and treat them poorly. And let’s not embarrass them in front of customers.
