i have to give it a one-star review because the dates keep on charging it used to be on Thursday and Tuesday now it feels like they want to do when they feel like doing it now these days
Called to get in contact with our driver. Response, we have no way to contact our drivers ? really, this 1 star is a reflection of the Lancaster depot. This is not a rating of our driver, who is a 5.
The driver did call me today and we shall see how it goes from here.UPDATE**Dropped the rating, it was starting to get a little better since they found a driver for our route, BUT customer service has no access to see who is on what route. We missed a delivery because no one knocked and there were 2 people home waiting for them. I called and no one could help me and we ALWAYS order when they come to the house. I say that because the person I spoke to was hinting around that no online order was placed. No, that's not how we order regularly. I'm so disappointed in this company since we have been with the for at least 20+ years. That may soon come to an end.We have been ordering from Schwan's since before I could remember. Never had an issue until our previous driver retired. Ever since then it has been a complete S&*t show. I had to call in at least 7 different times to finally have a driver come out. I was told are time frame was different than what we thought. Then there ended up being two accounts because customer service must not know how to communicate with customers if they can't find an account. Ask more questions. Then, the time frame could be REQUESTED, what! Customers for years and we had to see if we could change it. Finally, they removed the other account (one rep said it was still there though), but mentioned that that past few times I must've called in there were no notes on either account. That was brought up because I was told a day (by a very awesome woman who's name I forgot) we would have delivery and surprise surprise it never happened. I called customer service and was told that the only day would be a certain Monday that was already scheduled in. She gave me a $10 dollar credit with her "not my problem nor do I care attitude." A driver finally came out after we ordered online and he was the only one who actually said why they might be having problems since the route has yet to be covered permanently. The driver was very nice and helpful, but avoid customer service like the plague. I hope they fix what they need to because with how wonderful Scott was to us I couldn't imagine the company not being the same.
