This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. Good selection of beers and the cocktail menu is pretty fun. Regular food menu is very good, and the specials are usually great. The staff is always friendly and fantastic, even when it's quite busy --Marissa is one of the best bartenders in town.

Very good spot and enjoyed our lunch sitting outside about a week ago. The VT style nachos were an interesting switch from the traditional and were surprisingly good! Burger was tasty, too. They do offer gluten free bread for their sandwiches as well. Cocktail selection was good (all Pennsylvania spirits). I was especially impressed with the Lanc Old Fashioned which is made with Thistle Finch straight rye. That was my highlight for sure.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Shot & Bottle and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The team was wonderfully accommodating from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Our guests loved the unbeatable location right in the heart of downtown Lancaster, which made for a fun and memorable evening. A very special thanks to Liz, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire planning process—she made sure every detail was taken care of. We’re so grateful to Shot & Bottle for kicking off our wedding weekend in such a fantastic way!

We hosted our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Shot and Bottle for our August wedding, and it was an incredible experience! Our contact at the restaurant was Liz, and she was so amazing to work with -- extremely responsive, flexible to our needs and budget, and just generally helpful in dealing with our extreme wedding / party planning anxiety. The actual event itself went perfectly, too. The food was delicious, and all of our friends loved Shot and Bottle's unique cocktails. We really can't recommend working with them enough!

I love Shot and Bottle! This has become a regular spot for my friends and I to come for drinks or a bite to eat. Shot and Bottle is easily one of my favorite places for a unique cocktail. I highly recommend the Pickle Rick, and the espresso martini is one of the best in the city. The staff is extremely friendly (shoutout to you, Sage!), which makes the experience even better.

Steak was cooked wrong, no big deal but the waitress was so rude about it. She decided to not offer any additional service, our water and drinks sat empty, she left all the dirty dishes on our table and then about 30 minutes later brought out a raw steak and dropped in front of me and ran. The attitude was so strange. I had my dinner 30 minutes after everyone else. My table trying to make up for the crappy experience ordered a dessert for all of us to share. We sat there with all the dirty dishes on our table and empty glasses. Waitress has no idea how to handle a table or an issue. I would never eat there again.
I recently visited Shot & Bottle and had a delightful experience overall. I ordered the crab flatbread, which was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere.
However, I did order a Bloody Mary that I wasn’t particularly fond of; it didn’t quite hit the mark for my taste.
Despite this minor setback, the delicious flatbread and great service made for a memorable visit. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

I moved to Lancaster a few months ago and came across this gem when leaving Central Market. The food is always fantastic and deserves all the rave reviews on here. The atmosphere is bright, upbeat and comfortable. BUT it's the service that really stands out! Sage greets guests with a huge smile and warm welcome. She's an exceptional bartender who juggles multiple orders with professional ease and endless energy. For that reason, Shot & Bottle is my favorite spot! I highly recommend it!

The brunch and drinks here never disappoint!!
However, I was extremely frustrated with service here. I am a former server and give a lot of grace (we all have off days), but they brought my mom the incorrect food twice (on her birthday nonetheless). The waitress never came to check in on us or address it. We had to flag her down to ask for some things and place an order but she brought out the wrong sauces and did not place said order for extra food.
I understand having an off day, but it seems like management is not training their staff appropriately which was super frustrating.
They also began putting chairs on tables at 2:45 while we were finishing up our drinks... again I worked at a small locally owned restaurant in Pittsburgh so I know the ropes a bit and it just felt extremely unprofessional, especially after the service we had.
I hope they are able to tighten up some service issues because this place is truly awesome.
