I went to pick up 3 coffees for my daughter-in-law and her coworkers. One employee was not at all friendly. She was pretty rude. The young man was very polite, and friendly. I was in a hurry. I did not get their names.

Not my usual Starbucks, and now I remember why. Won't be going back to this one. I would have to say the one in Limesprings is way better. The people are more concerned about you and your order.

It is a big Starbucks which is nice and the staff seem great but I have 2 major complaints. 1. Not enough outlets. Many of the tables have no outlets near them. 2. These are the worst smelling public bathrooms I’ve ever been in. The first couple of times I used them I thought it was from the previous occupants but then I realized it is the air freshener used. It smells like a stale nursing home. I literally have to hold my breathe if I want to pee. I am so perplexed why they thought that scent was a good idea.

The Starbucks is pretty close to our home so I have come quite a few times at this point. Most of the staff is really friendly. The drinks come out right every time. Me on the on some clientele are nice. It's a good Starbucks
