Drinks are always consistent, and usually, the service is to but not today. The young lady working the drive thru was not friendly and actually had an attitude. It was not the norm, but it made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I haven't been inside, I've only visited the drive thru, but almost every coffee I've gotten since they opened has been on point. It's the only Starbucks in Lancaster where the coffee is consistent and just right (what I've come to expect from Starbucks). I'm ashamed to say how much I go through Starbucks drive thrus around the county, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the drink they put in your hand is far and above the rest of the locations. Not sure why the others have such inconsistent drinks, but it's annoying. So happy this one opened up.

I order the same two drinks every tuesday and Thursday morning. It is a coin toss as to what i get. Very seldom rhe same, yet the order is the same. This is a problem at every sb in this area. Very sad.

My Girlfriend recently lost her promise rings here in the bathroom. We didn't notice till we got home and of course they were closed, i called the next day and they said they kept them and that i could pick up any day and time. Amazing Service and great hospitality!

Stopped here yesterday with my dad, had to use the bathroom and accidentally left 2 of my very special rings my boyfriend got for me. Was really upset about it didn’t realize until that night, my boyfriend called today and they were so nice about it and have the rings and said we could call whenever we were going to pick them up so that they knew. I’m so thankful that someone found them and that they kept them. I was really worried they would either be stolen or thrown out. I swear I’d lose my head if it weren’t attached.

It's Starbucks. Brand new establishment near Costco and next to the Hampton Inn. This place should be buzzing on a Sunday morning and I'm sure once word gets out, it will be. Be aware that the drive thru has its own separate lane! There's plenty of inside and outside seating and everything else a typical Starbucks has to offer in a nice new location. Friendly efficient service made this a quick trip with the quality drinks expected.

Beautiful new Starbucks! Customer service and coffee was great.However, it was really frustrating that every single small table (about 10 tables) did not have an electric outlet. For a cafe that commonly is used by people working on lap stops I’m confused how this was missed in the design. There was one large table with like 6 chairs that had an outlet but that’s all.

I think they are still going through growing pains. Ordered on the mobile app and was told it would be ready in 7 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still at the store and had to leave after waiting as long as possible without my coffee because I was now late for work. They told me it would’ve been another 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund all they could do was give me 2 $4 gift cards.
