I don’t know what kind of benefits these employees are getting, but if they’re not, they should be! This is seriously the warmest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are so. nice. I love this Starbucks so much! Such a great environment to study or get computer work done. I promise you the service is like no other, the connections are always there, and their recommendations are always so delicious they haven’t steered me wrong! I know everyone who walks into this Starbucks on Penn Street will have the same experience as I do!

This starbucks is going to top all other starbucks in berks county I have to say the staff is incredible and the service they provide is superb. I went when they were doing that red holiday cup giveaway and that place was packed! But they still made sure they all had a pleasant experience 100/10!! :) Blessings to them!
