Makaela is an absolute star at Starbucks. I came in for a matcha and left wondering if I should start a fan club in her honor. She not only made my drink perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness but also managed to make the whole interaction genuinely enjoyable. Makaela has that rare mix of speed, friendliness, and humor that makes you feel like you’re not just grabbing a drink but actually starting your day on the right note. When she handed me my matcha it felt less like a beverage and more like a carefully wrapped gift. If Starbucks ever needs an example of the perfect employee they should just point to Makaela and take notes. Honestly, if she ever left this location, I’d probably follow her just to keep getting my matcha the way only she can make it.

Let me start this off by saying EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE HAS BEEN SUPER NICE & LOVELY! However they cannot pull a good shot to save their lives! Anytime I order a latte it tastes so bitter my stomach immediately start to cramp up in pain I'm not sure if it's the machine, the beans or if they just weren't trained properly but It sucks, especially since there all so sweet their!

Considering it was a few minutes to 7am and I was battered with a cell phone and charging cords in a unprovoked attack and police were not called by Starbucks management because they didn't want the person getting arrested.
Please note that the objects were not necessarily thrown directly at me, but towards my general direction. Dude was apparently on drugs. I didn't have time to stay as I was actually just getting ready to leave for work and had just put my coat and backpack on

Maybe instead of the Starbucks CEO or Stock Holders getting a raise they should help the people that make there company successful a decent wage.

Yelled at me for not having shoes on when I was clearly wearing shoes. Had a suit in one hand with dress shoes as well. Wasn’t dressed like a bum but I was still treated like one and they still charged me over $5 for a black coffee. Won’t be back. Very disappointing. Maybe treat customers paying for over priced, overrated coffee with some damn respect, especially when they are wearing shoes 🤣
