Food is authentic Chinese food. Family loves and come here all the time. Can be a little pricey as everything adds up fast. Recommend their sweet and sour fish

This may be the only authentic Sichuan cuisine in the Harrisburg metro area. Sichuan province is known for spicy cuisines. The numbing Sichuan peppercorn got its namesake there. There used to be another authentic Chinese restaurant (HE in Middletown) serving different regional cuisines; unfortunately, that one closed for good a few months ago.The dining area was spacious and clean. Plenty of table of various sizes. Ambiance was above average Chinese restaurants. Ample parking spaces on both sides of the building, as well as in the back. There was just 1 staff who waited the tables, took orders, and manned the cash register. He's friendly and quick. The menu book was big featuring many nice photos of their offerings. There was also a separately one-page menu listing specials for the current month. The prices were on the higher side compared to typical Chinese American restaurants, but for the 2 dishes we ordered, the size of serving was quite fair. We waited 15 minutes for the 2 dishes:1. Hot & Spicy Fish Filet w. Cumin (孜然香辣魚片) $18.95. A lot more fish filets than we expected. The filets were deep fried, crispy and with just enough heat to kick it up a notch. 5 out of 5.2. Chicken w. Dry Pepper (歌樂山辣子雞) $15.95. I really wanted to try this and compare to 重慶辣子雞 which is a well known chicken with dry pepper dish from Sichuan, whereas, I've NEVER heard of this particular spin (as distinguished via its Chinese name). I was sorely disappointed. The chicken pieces were cut too small and coated with way too much batter. It was really stodgy and got old really quick. 2 out of 5.So far hit or miss. But given its large menu, this place warrants another visit without question.

Food is amazing! Wanna go there every week. The price is reasonable (consider the portion is huge). People are nice and friendly. We tried so many different dishes and all of them were great! If you like/wanna try authentic Chinese food, you won't be disappointed.

Come and try if you want to taste authentic Szechuan cuisine. There are so many dishes to choose from. Be brave and try some Szechuan dishes. I tried the January special stir-fried Spicy Pork Belly, Chicken with Dry Pepper, and Sour Cabbage and Clear Noodle Soup. Reasonably priced with ample parking space.

Only thing I did not like about this restaurant was their parking lot setup. It was very dark and parking directions were not visible anywhere. Everything else was a wonderful experience.

Can’t believe I’ve been missing out on Yi Pin for so long! Ordered takeout from there recently and everything was flavorful and perfectly spiced. Highly recommend the mapo tofu with pork, eggplant, dry pot chicken and dry chili chicken! I can never get enough of Szechuan food so I will definitely be back to try more menu items.

I’ve been looking for authentic soup dumplings in the Lancaster area for months. Who knew that they were so close by?The soup dumplings were good! Well cooked, and they didn’t stick to the box. My only downside was that they only offer pork soup dumplings. This is just a personal preference. I like chicken better. I would be more apt to come here if they offered different flavors.I also ordered beef fried rice. Tasted decent overall. It was strong with a sesame seed oil flavor, but again that is preference.Restaurant itself inside is not anything to write home about. Honestly, felt like it could’ve been a little less dingy inside. But, I like their decorations.Great place to come and get some authentic cuisine. If you’re like me and love a good soup dumpling, this place is your best bet!
