This was our first visit to this Pancake House, I grew up going to the Pancake House in Ephrata and even worked there when I was a teenager. The food was just as good as the Ephrata location and we lived the little robot that delivers the food. We will definitely go back.

Great food and service. We love their breakfast and lunch. You will never find a syrup container handle sticky while Keith is working. They make sure you're taken care of. Their cream chipped beef is the best in the County.

The service was fine and the food was very good. (we were a part of 10 with 4 children), but I do have a complaint about the details when ordering. I ordered iced coffee and was not told that there would be a charge when I asked for a refill. I ended up paying $15.80 for 4 glasses of iced coffee. we also asked if we could replace fries with Cole Slaw and we were charged an additional $3. Charges like there should be stated by the staff when ordering. I did not realize the charge...
