Let's just say that this was a true disappointment and the name should be changed. Nothing compared to Philly and it was a waste of money. The “Large” cheesesteaks aren't large at all half of the sub fit in my husband's palm, which was not seasoned correctly and it was dry. I highly don't recommend this establishment. The fries thankfully are decent!

I have zero experience with this place. However, I do have experience with choosing the food online to be delivered, and when the total came to $71 and change for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 cheesesteaks, I backed away slowly because something here isn't quite clicking. That's some crazy gorilla math. But I do appreciate the effort in getting people to eat homecooked meals though. The food in the pics on the site look great though. Just not 71 dollars great.

Absolutely delicious! I had ordered the chicken cheesesteak and the bacon/cheese fries and both were phenomenal! This is a stop you absolutely should make if you’re visiting Lancaster city!

Their cheese fries are amazing. The cheese steaks were good. I’ve eaten a lot of high quality cheesesteaks around the Philly area and The Real Philly was above average in my opinion. The workers were very nice. The restaurant was clean. Parking isn’t ideal, we had to pay to park in a lot nearby. You could get lucky and find a spot on the Main Street.

This place has gone down hill. I can list a host of issues...so I will. 1- I ordered online for pickup and when I arrived, they asked me to walk around the counter to pick up my own food instead of having someone at the counter to provide it to me. 2- food safety is questionable as staff were on their phones. 3- I asked for light mayo and received a mayonnaise sandwich. It was gross and went to waste. I do not recommend, but as always, eat at your own will!!

The food was ok, prices were high for the quality and quantity. Imma stick with Jersey Mike's.

I truly had the best grits topped with lump crab meat and fried whiting fish. Atmosphere is amazing, the owner has wonderful energy. All I can think about are those grits and the customer service so I will be back!

No personality, you order on the kiosk no personal interaction. People were cold . I won't be going back to the Lancaster store. Sandwich wasn't bad, definitely not Philly my home town.

I loved the fact that it was open on the late night! About the ONLY spot open in it's vicinity besides bars. Cheesesteak was tasty, would suggest getting extra cheese. Options to customize would be good, but otherwise they're banging out banging cheesesteaks right Downtown! Music playing made the ambiance laid-back and Cool ??

Good food. Place was bare. Parking was a challenge and made the pre-ordered food cold... next time we'll have it delivered.Parking: Parking was very challenging to get. Definitely suggest delivery vs pickup unless within walking distance.

My mom and I stopped here for dinner before we went to see Titanic at the Fulton Theater. (I'll admit, it was rather impromptu as we originally chose the Neptune Diner, but when we got there, we realized it wasn't open that late in the day), but this place was good! No real parking that I saw, we had parked on the nearby Steinman parking garage that is right on Prince Street. Bathrooms for customers are on site, which was appreciated as we came from about an hour away. Only thing I will say is the cheese fries cheese was really salty. We were both kind of wishing the cheese for the cheese fries was offer in a cup rather than our fries swimming in it since it got overly salty.
