Great food and fast service. I do think a lot of teenagers work there and some could be loud while working and talking about personal issues which I don’t think is professional.

First and foremost the staff is amazingly ALWAYS friendly, super energized and hard working. No one is ever just standing around. Always cleaning or organizing things and restocking. I am here almost everyday after the gym to get my protein shake. They know what I order when they see which is great !

Kid-friendliness: Workers always say hi and talk to the kids in a very sweet & kind manor. My daughter always wants the receipt from the register and they kindly give it to her to play with it.

won't make a smoothie right and wont remake it

Hands down the worst. I usually eat here several times a week. Yesterday I ordered and I basically got just bread a lettuce even though I paid for extras on my wrap also my smoothie tasted watered down. Today I come in and order the same thing with the same result. I bring my wrap back in to speak the “ manager” some young blonde with a horrible attitude she said they are under new ownership and they’re now only allowed to put a teaspoon on bean on your veggie burrito. Like what?? She basically just looked and me and when I told her my wrap was just lettuce and bread, with a snugged look on her face she said well do you want me to remake it ? I said yes please. She said well it’s going to be the exact same. She makes it and just hands it to me with force ands says have a nice day. Like wth I have spent so much money at tropical smoothie it’s ridiculous. I hope the new owner sees this and realizes you are driving your customers away with your greed. The remade one was worse than the first one.

These smoothies suck now ! They changed the amount of peanut butter they use to put but never lowered the price ! Who cares if a new owner took over keep it the same way . I noticed and so did other customers as well smoothies not tasting the same but did not bother letting the customers know just doing what they want ! Watery smoothies as well won’t be coming here anymore

I am completely in love with this place. From the first time I walked in to this establishment I was greeted very kindly, and met with excellent customer service, and my smoothie was the best thing I ever tasted in my entire life.!!

This location has not occupied its space long enough to be as dirty as it is. What I can see behind the counter at least looks clean but the dining area leaves a lot to be desired. Hot take: don't look up at the ceiling fans. It doesn't help that the teenagers working there are not required to we real clothes or shoes. No matter when I go here, they are always wearing slippers and saggy, loose fitting sweat pants and sweatshirts that makes me feel like the person serving my food hasn't showered in a week. They are also often too busy messing around to notice a customer walked in. Could really use some adult supervision at this location.
