Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I have been ordering catering from this Tropical Smoothie and they are absolutely AMAZING!!!! The manager is the BEST!! I wish my company allowed a higher tip, I would for sure tip more! Great price, great service, and great food - couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend!!

I was in there this afternoon and it was so busy. The young men that were working handled it very well. I asked to cancel my order just to help them but was told they were not able to do it without a manager present? I just wanted management to know the guys that were working today did a great job in a stressful situation but they also could have used some help.

Check your order before you leave the store!! I ordered a three cheese chicken quesadilla and was given a “quesadilla,” which was basically just a tortilla folded in half with a little cheese in it. It was horrible. I called the store and asked for a refund and they said they would give me one. I have yet to receive it. They were also very slow despite having staff in the back of the store, who were not helping the girl who was both running the register and making all of the smoothies. I’ll go to the one in Mount Joy/Manheim in the future.

Ordered food to be delivered to a local school and it never arrived. Ended up in someone’s random driveway. I tried to contact DoorDash, they were no help. I was told since I ordered and paid through Tropical Smoothie, it was their responsibility to issue a refund. I tried to contact Tropical Smoothie and the employee that I spoke with was very kind and told me that they’d help to get my order refunded, but it never happened. Sadly, this will be my last order.

Customer service here blows. They charge you to put less sauce in your wrap and they are rude
