the Pizza was nice and hot had a good flavor the Garlic gnots were really good the sauce was supreme and the employees weren't that bad the food was really good I would give it above average why I'm giving it 4 stars out of 5 keep doing your thing Villa keep doing your thing never disappoints either today's food was on par and tasted really good which is why it deserves the rating that it gets.

Very rude lady working there at park city mall location in Lancaster, PA. I approached her today asking her if she can give me $1 change in quarters, she almost yelled at me “no, we don't give change†She could've said that nicely or at least smiled. I passed by her few minutes later and she was starring at me and then turned her face the other way in a weird way. I can't believe that they hire such people in a customer service based role.
Less than one tenth of a star. Rude lady there tried to swipe my card many times claiming it's declined. Then found out their printer is out of paper. Stupid !!!

Wow, overpriced! 3.59 a slice - 4.59 if you want pepperoni. So 22 to 28 dollars a pie. Holy Sh*t expensive. That's Jersey shore prices. The man at the counter could not have been more obviously irritated. Like he hated even being there. So sorry you have to work for your money dude. Here did not talk loud enough, then got any I could not hear him. I mean it's a mall food court, not exactly quiet here. Please speak up when taking to customers. The pizza isn't bad, just reheated and not fresh. Try the Chinese food places instead, they are always good.

The food looked like it was seating all day long. They re heat the stuff and it cost 8-9 dollars a meal. Then I go back get a re- fill and they charge me 73 cents( might as well buy an new drink).

Pizza was OK but pretty bland. They reheat in an oven but somehow that didn't do much for the slice I got. They have a special, a slice and three wings. Do NOT get the wings. They are AWFUL! I took a big bite of one and they had dumped so much spice on it I almost gagged. The breading was falling off it and it felt like they just nuked the wings. Seems like an OK place to satisfy your pizza craving but the worst wings I've had in a long time.
