Great selection of foods and product. Customer service is the absolute worst at check out. I stood in line and the light was on while customer in front of me was being checked out, just as the cashier almost finished he told me he was closed and turned off his light. We went to check ourselves out , which I feel should be a choice but isn’t. Customer service rep had to help so many customers it was ridiculous. I also refuse to pay for your paper bags . Maybe you should give them as a complimentary perk for having to check ourselves out and pack up the groceries we just purchased . Just a thought, but I won’t be shopping there as much as I have in the past . There’s a lot to be said about shopping local small stores.

Worse Wegman's I've ever stepped foot in! Headquarters should send high level management to this location. Friday afternoon Labor Day weekend. Parking lot completley empty; like just another day. Walk in, not greeted with anything- no holiday specials, nothing prepackaged for parties or grilling. Where are all the "gotcha!" items usually lined up at front of store?? I recall days of seafood trucks selling live lobsters on the curb. I seek Wegmans magazine for holiday food ideas. An employee asks another, who asks another, to tell me it's discontinued. Head to bakery looking for Wegman's slider rolls, very confusing set up- some things here, others there, feel like your winding through a puzzle. Employee behind counter, "I'm the bread guy- we don't have Wegman's slider rolls." I'm baffled, really? Later I round corner to find entire shelf, not just slider rolls, but plain, poppy seed, multi-grain- all Wegman's brand! Where am I...Giant?! Move to meat area looking for Wegman's Garlic-Studded Ribeye steaks. Purchased many times before at other locations. Steak is labeled as such, but has a few cloves just stuck on outside rim of fat. Whole point of "garlic-studded" steak is cloves are pressed throughout meat so it's flavored. This looked like they were too lazy to cut slits in meat so just lined garlic around outside instead! Speaking of lazy, many employees looked sloppy- no one you would want touching your food. Only 2 open cashier lines & my items got double scanned, had to go back for credit. Pre-made meals outrageously expensive. $20 for (2) 6" beef kebabs. $10 for side Caesar salad- romaine, croutons, no meat. Prices skyrocketing. Fine when stuff looks appetizing, not when it's slapped together. Higher than restaurant prices, why not just pick up takeout. Horrible! Everything that makes Wegman's great was missing!

I have loved WEGMANS since it opened in Lancaster. I was told the other day by a cashier that very soon they will not provide shopping bags. They charge top prices and now want to charge for bags?

Bought an angus flat iron steak yesterday. The price was 21.99 per lb. It was more than bad the odor was awful. Such an inconvenience. So disappointing! I went back to the store and was given a refund, not even an I’m sorry or any sign of a concern. Always liked Wegmans but disappointing and makes me apprehensive about quality and service.

They have a lot of selections here, but since the pandemic, they no longer have the hot bar. Now you pick out packages of food... then you go to the microwave to heat it. That's OK, but if I'm paying restaurant prices, then it should be comparable to restaurant food, not leftovers from my fridge.

Today I was in Wegmans in Lancaster and had amazing customer service from Terry in the cheese department. I needed help in selecting items for my first time making a charcuterie. Terry went over and beyond in spending time with me in selecting cheeses, meats, olives and almonds. Terry explained the difference in cheese and meat selections and also how to prepare presentation. Thank-you so much 🤗

stopped in for lunch and they had a large variety. Beer store also inside was a nice touch. Prices are on the high side. They have something for everyone. Nice and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time shopping for and buying specifically Wegman's labeled products and other store-selected food items on Easter eve! We both live in lower, slower Delaware and always try to get toba Wegman's any we have. Visiting our relatives in Lancaster graced us with this opportunity. We love the Wegman's blue tortilla chips, baked whole grain bread, and even got a 6-pack of our favorite crafted beer brewed down the street in Milton, Delaware, Dogfish Head's Mango Smoothie tart ale!!! Love the large selection of plant-based pasta products. We bought some. Growing up in Rochester, New York in the late sixties as a pre-teen, introduced me early to Wegman's. My parents frequented them for us. Great bonding opportunity for my son and me. Priceless!

People are friendly and the pizza is good. Toppings are generous. Sometimes the pizza was not baked enough to our liking. So now we usually ask for ours to be well done.

The best stuffed subs! One is more than enough for 2 people!

Dominic Colletti

One of wegmans hidden gems. These subs are the best, and a great price too!

Hope Minor

Big, full, very fresh ingredients and fresh baked bread with a wide selection of types to choose from. I've never had a better sub.

Jack Enco

Great service and even better subs
