They have a lot of selections here, but since the pandemic, they no longer have the hot bar. Now you pick out packages of food... then you go to the microwave to heat it. That's OK, but if I'm paying restaurant prices, then it should be comparable to restaurant food, not leftovers from my fridge.
Today I was in Wegmans in Lancaster and had amazing customer service from Terry in the cheese department. I needed help in selecting items for my first time making a charcuterie. Terry went over and beyond in spending time with me in selecting cheeses, meats, olives and almonds. Terry explained the difference in cheese and meat selections and also how to prepare presentation. Thank-you so much 🤗
We had a wonderful time shopping for and buying specifically Wegman's labeled products and other store-selected food items on Easter eve! We both live in lower, slower Delaware and always try to get toba Wegman's any we have. Visiting our relatives in Lancaster graced us with this opportunity. We love the Wegman's blue tortilla chips, baked whole grain bread, and even got a 6-pack of our favorite crafted beer brewed down the street in Milton, Delaware, Dogfish Head's...
