"Excellent Experience"! Great performance by the characters and awesome variety of buffet style food selections. It was a pleasure to see staff be so accommodating and ensure that all children were able to meet and greet everyone from Sesame Street.

Vegetarian options: They had a few non meat options (salad, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables).

Dietary restrictions: Pescatarians would like the Catfish Po Boy sandwiches.

Parking: They hit you in the head for $35!

Kid-friendliness: Great environment for children of all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Now that I think about it . . . strollers are NOT allowed (park them outside); so I'm not sure about wheelchairs. ?Sorry, I should've said checked "Not sure."

If your child has an allergy or dietary restriction, do not plan or expect them to eat with your experience. We reached out to the allergy email address when first booking experience and was told to reach back out a week before. Reached back out a week before and was told they have an accommodations process that would be made for my child who has a dairy allergy by getting something from another stand in park since the menu was all dairy.Get to the dinner and asked to speak to someone about the special need (another parent was also there with same dairy issue and had reached out). Manager/Supervisor comes out and doesn't know anything about it. Tries saying the kids can eat hot dogs and other items (which we stated they couldn't as the items she mentioned all had dairy). Asked if ham had dairy or not as some do and some don't, which no one could answer. Mention that chicken and fries were supposed to be brought from another stand. Manager/Supervisor goes into back and no one provides any further updates except she went to get food when we all asked. As show experience was then ending, they bring out half baked french fries and Italian ice for the kids who just wanted to get back to rides now since everyone was leaving.Kids did love the characters and that part was great. Employees for that part of the experience made sure that characters got to every table. If you don't want to accommodate special dietary needs for these character experiences, then don't advertise a special email address for allergies. Young kids shouldn't have to sit and watch everyone else eat because your company is negligent in following through on your communications to it's guests.

Absolutely one of the worst "dining" experiences I've ever had. Forget about the food here, the inmates at your local prison are served better food than what I got today, but it's not even about the food. Coming here, you're paying for the experience and the characters. Everything was unorganized. We had a 4pm reservation and didn't get into the restaurant until 4:20. Upon entry, there was a 25 minute line to get food at the buffet. Characters were roaming around the tables while half the place was on line for food. We missed out on all the initial photo ops & had to individually flag down all the characters to get a photo once we were finally seated with food. Elmo, the flagship character of this experience, told my nephew "no" when he asked for a photo. My nephew asked my sister why Elmo said no to them & it was heart breaking. NO child should have to experience this. Save your money, do NOT eat here. Honestly, dispicable.EDIT: It's been a month & no response to this review. Most places would have the decency to respond to such a negative review, but not this dump.

This was the highlight of Sesame Place and worth every penny. We picked to have lunch which was perfect. In the morning there are no lines for rides and we build up to the meet and greet lunch. Every character spends time with your group and takes all the photos you want. You can take your own or buy some from their photographer. The people/characters are super nice and will come back if you ask. That was the day our daughter discovered she loved Abby lol Abby came back around and paid special attention to her and it made her whole day. There is a big dance party for the kids and they get to interact with each other and the characters. Because of all this though our child did not eat lol so be prepared for that.Food is good, much better than what is prepared in the park. There are no egg free desserts if you or a child has an allergy. When I asked for egg free they gave me gluten free - so read labels! They will also send you list of what you can eat in advance so it's easier if that's a concern. After lunch we had about 30min until the parade so we just waited, then went to the water park. The day was planned out super well this way.Again, we would do the meet and greet every time we go because it hits all the notes for us, and our daughter still hasn't stopped asking to go to Elmo's house lol.

The food wasn't great, but everything else was wonderful. The staff was highly accommodating and they made sure everyone saw and had quality time with the characters. They pack a lot in the hour.

We came more for the character experience, and it didn't disappoint. 4 children in our group ranged from 1-6 years and they all enjoyed the character interactions and the dance party at the end. The food was as expected -a variety of breakfast options, served buffet style, as well as a dessert buffet with colorful cupcakes and cookies. My only complaint was the coffee ran out towards the end, and wasn't refilled.

Great experience for my kids they love how they are nice to them.. dancing and going to water and the rides are awesome.

Great experience foe the kids to meet the characters while eating. Food quality is not there for the price but is buffett style with 2nds allowed.

Glad I took my family, we did the dinner (it's expensive) but fun. Food was good nothing amazing for example mac n cheese, chicken tenders, hot dogs, meatballs and mashed potatoes. The photographer should learn how to take pictures, all the photos he took were off center.

This was the best add on experience to Sesame Place. It was so nice having the opportunity to meet and greet the characters in a more relaxed environment. The meal was buffet style and had plenty of options and the experience included a short performance and dancing with the characters.
