I gave this bagel shop two stars because I asked is the cream cheese vegan I was told yes it is come to find out the cream cheese is not vegan I guess if they put vegetables in the cream cheese then they can say is vegan so for the people that is vegan this is not a place for you. I brought veggie cream cheese and get sick to my stomach.
Very disappointed in the food and the service. Not sure what the problem with the person at the register was/is but her customer service/demeanor was awful. The food was not any better. Only ordered 2 bagels, asked for then to be toasted but that didn’t happen. Plus they were gummy. Won’t be returning.
AMAZING STAFF! I was surprised to see bad reviews but I think it is because they are one - off experiences. There are a lot of regulars that come in all the time, have a great experience and wonderful interactions with the staff.
