Mt. Fuji Hibachi and Asian Bistro

Very overpriced place, hibachi chef was asleep performing his show, come on!!! If you’re selling this overpriced food, you have to be different in something!? Waitress is non existenting !
Going back to my usual place!
PS. They add 18% tip whether you agree or not! I’ve questioned the waitress, she said they add it automatically to every hibachi customer. I will always be a generous tipper but don’t tell me how much I should tip, especially for lousy service!

We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here, and it was awesome! The food was delicious, and the steak and salmon were so fresh. We enjoyed the hibachi table, and the chef put on a great show. This place is one of our favorite local spots for Japanese and hibachi. Thanks for the ice cream!

Excellent sushi, nicely rolled, fresh tasting salmon and tuna, had their beef ramen, considering its in the middle of suburbia it was really solidly tasty food.. Chicken hibachi was tasty as well, good rice.

and yes they mash/grind the wusabi right.

Ordered spicy tuna,salmon, yellowtail roll. Received order it was some sort of pink mush wrapped in rice. Tasteless and inedible. Tossed in trash. Waste of money

The hibachi experience was fun and exciting! The steak was lacking flavor but the chicken was much better. The fried rice has no vegetables in it, and the vegetable medley was lacking in variety. Overall good experience, but I prefer other hibachi restaurants.
