The usual Starbucks, but we prefer this location. The place and the atmosphere are welcoming and relaxing. The staff is attentive and helpful.Overall the location and service is pretty good.
Waiting for 10min just to get a straw. I was not given a straw when the smoothie was ready. I didn’t ask for help at the beginning because I thought there should be straw at the creamer/sweetener station. Unfortunately, the station was empty and I asked for help from a staff. The staff refused to get the straw for me even they are just few steps away from her and told me to ask another staff who was at cashier and busy with checking other customers. Always a pleasant time at Starbucks, where the employees treat you like family. I go in here probably 2 to 3 times a day so if that doesn't tell you I love this place I don't know what will.
