Starbucks in Langhorne has terrible Customer Service. Until this week, I was a regular customer, going there everyday! Everytime I place an advance order on my app they don't have something (usually a food item) when I go to pick up. I wait on a long line only to be told when I get to the window that they're sorry but they didn't get a chance to update the App. They offered a $4 gift card to apologize, but when I went to redeem it at another Starbucks, there was no money on...read full review
