Great food especially the banana whips, and the smoothies are all truly tasty and healthy for you too. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants good food that not only tastes good but makes you feel good. Every time I have one of their "tuna" wraps or Nori rolls, my brain physically feels more awake and alert. Honestly could go on and on about how this place has helped me. Give it a try!

You can't beat the meal plans which can cost as little as $3.50 a day. People are great I know the owner personally and the atmosphere was great but one thing I’d like to mention, was one of the times I went there. There was this woman that came in and wanted to know if she could babysit my sister and I and gave me her phone number and asked if she could talk to my mom and I was just really thrown Off because we didn’t know her and she seemed a bit shady. She was just hanging out in the shop and she was like pacing in front of the store. She just seemed kind of off it kind of freaked my mom and my sister and me out but I think I saw that woman like one other time at Arnold’s Way and then I never saw her again. Other then that great place next time I’d just like to see a bit more variety.

So many amazing words to describe this place we'll start off with outstanding, incredible, and world class. The owner Arnold is a class act of a person and he has a really big heart making you feel like family. Thr most powerful thing is he wants to see everyone live there best lives through being healthy and happy. He's actually cured a lot of people from illnesses and types of cancer isnt that incredible!!!I go out of my way once a week to do all my food shopping and drive from fishtown philly to the Cafe. I run a business from spending 800$+ at wholefoods to spending 295$ a week for 4 giant boxes of food at the Cafe its such no Brainer. If you ever get the chance to come here this is a hidden gem you wouldn't want to miss out (ask for a chocolate banana strawberry smoothy) also there's no added sugar no processed, and filler junk. It all raw vegan 100% organic and is healthy
