The food was delicious!! Some of the best sushi I’ve had locally. Atmosphere was horrible. We got up half way through our meal. Our waiter had two friends with him and they hung out at the bar. They were extremely loud and were having extremely inappropriate conversations! It was our anniversary date night- we won’t be going back despite the great food.

the waitress was super kind and friendly to us when we walked in and was super duper sweet, shout out to Katelynn, she’s da best. Food was super good, udon is amazing. Big plus when dining here cause they have an amazing playlist playing in the background 10/10 would recommend people to come dine here.

I can’t say enough good things about Asahi. Can’t believe I’ve driven by it hundreds of times and am just now realizing what a great hidden gem it is. Everything we had (dumplings, soup, chicken skewers, rock shrimp tempura and vegetable fried rice) consisted of fresh, flavorful, quality ingredients. Add on the excellent service, nice decor and extremely reasonable prices and it amounted to an outstanding dining experience. I can’t wait to go back. Do yourself a favor and be sure to pay a visit.

Low quality food that tastes like a microwave dinner. I ordered a medium steak and got what looked and felt like an old tire. This is surprising for a Japanese steakhouse. When I called to request a refund they were rude and called me back to say I can only return the steak. This is my first and last time my family is getting food from this place. No wonder the restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday night.

Absolutely the Best in the Area! My family and I tried this restaurant for the first time today, and it was such a fantastic experience!
We started with the rolls, which were fresh and delicious. It was such a great start to the meal. My daughter loves udon, and ordered the shrimp tempura udon. She said it’s the best udon she’s ever had and I'm not a fan of udon but I even liked it.
My wife and I shared the salmon teriyaki and hwae dup bap, and oh my goodness... They were so delicious and fresh!!! You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite, and I even felt a little healthier after eating! Since it wasn’t too busy, one lady from the kitchen came out to chat with us, which made our experience feel so much more personal and welcoming.
Honestly, everything was worth every penny, and we’re already planning our next visit to try more of their menu. Can’t recommend this place enough. Asahi in Lansdale is a hidden gem that deserves more love!
