I have been shopping at this location for years and have been content. BJ's is know to carry the same things for a long time so you can rely on them for consistency. This location is usually calm no matter when you go unless it's the holidays. Even then, it's still calm compared to other places. Staff are extremely helpful and always willing to help you find something or check to see if something is in stock in the back. Eric (I think that's his name) at the deli is extremely nice! I don't think I've ever seen him without a smile when visiting this location. He is very patient with every customer and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want and how you want it. They also have a gas station at this location but I can get pretty crowded sometimes. It's still worth the wait. I just wish the location had better produce. The potatoes and the bagged salad always seem to be on the verge of going bad. I think this might be an overall BJ's issue because I've seen the same thing at other locations. Self checkout can be a bit disorganized sometimes depending on who is working that area. The older gentleman at the door also fainted a great trip recently. I had maybe four items in my cart which were very visible. He counted these items several times and on the last count ended up ripping my receipt. He apologized but I thought this was very unnecessary as there was a cart before mine that had over thirty items that he barely glanced over. For those of us in this community who shop here often, we know he takes his job SERIOUSLY so when I saw him briefly scan over the very full cart ahead of me I thought "Wow, new year new him." I was wrong. I collected my newly ripped receipt and left. Besides the receipt incident, I do like this location. The store is organized and usually has my go to staples.

I'm normally more of a Costco guy than a BJs guy, but I've especially enjoyed my experiences at this BJs location. It's not among the biggest warehouse stores, and there's nothing flashy about it, but every time I've gone I've been able to get in, find a wide range of products I wanted at a good price, and get out without anything raising my blood pressure. The store always has more than a few people in it, but you don't feel overcrowded as you shop. The ratio of people in the aisles to width of the aisles works out so that you can comfortably move around. The staff are helpful and also pretty relaxed, where you're not going to get barked at when you enter or check out. I wish they had a proper food court/counter. It's not the store to get a bite to eat at the end of the shopping trip. But, if you just want to buy normal products cheaper in bulk, it offers an unusually pleasant warehouse store experience.

This review is about acknowledging outstanding customer service received from a BJ's associate. I usually do curbside pickup when I shop at BJs. Last week, the associate who assisted me with my order just made me SMILE! KIDD, I appreciate YOU. Thank you for your service. The management team at BJs in Lansdale, you have an outstanding team member! Your store gets 5 stars because of him!

Not Costco but they do an ok job. Everything was fresh and appealing. Selection was underwhelming.

Once in awhile i come this way. Today came by with a friend that never had been here. She was amazed by how much stuff was on the shelves and how well maintained it was. While i was passing,i mentioned to her that i needed lettuce so as soon i said that, a nice gentleman that had finished what he was working on, said: oh ,it's right this way.He didn't missed a beat! He was aware of his surroundings and extremely helpful! Of course i thank him for his help! He was very kind to help us. That's what I call excellent customer service! I didn't get his name but who ever he is, Thank You!

This store usually never stocks the stuff on sale or coupons related items. I try to go 4 times a week for those items and the management keeps making excuses that they run out or they never get those delivered to the montgomeryville store. Their tire shop is also very lame and never answers their phone.

The coupons are hassle just give the sale price it would save you a lot of time and money. Also hire somebody has a counter person for the propane there’s no reason you should make that poor guy change and tires ring people out and do propane when you can hire somebody else to do that be more efficient

Just found my new party box. Great price too. Store is well stocked, staff are helpful, and lines were fast.

I like this location. They're well stocked and the store is clean. There was a young lady named Neshat at the door providing supplies to wipe dis the carts. She was so friendly and helpful. It started the day off good to come into contact with a pleasant employee. The other team members were pleasant as well. This is becoming my favorite location to shop.

So difficult for consumers! You should model Costco and have clipless coupons. Things on sale should be already marked and taken off automatically at checkout. Shouldn’t need to present your coupons in the app or clip them in the app. Also many coupons are not compatible so I can’t even find the product. So a coupon should work with a another similar product you do have in store. Very difficult shopping if you are trying to find things on sale.

don't need armed guards at front door so that people wear masks... overkill literally

I was at BJ’s on 3/21/20 Thank you (staff) for all that you are doing during the Pandemic of the CORONAVIRUS. I heard a few customers complaining about the empty shelves while in the TP isle (empty). The manufacturers can’t keep up with the supply and demand. DON’T blame the store it’s not their fault.
