The bartenders Andrea and John continue to go above and beyond with their courteous service and their attention to detail. Andrea and John always make sure this restaurant is clean, sanitary and that I have everything I need to enjoy my visit. Please bring your family and friends to experience this great restaurant for yourself.
Blue Dog has vegan cheese and offers the option to veganize a cheese steak. The current menu also lists a vegan pesto sandwich and a rotating daily hummus platter. While I wasn't blown away by any of these items, they were all decent which goes a long way in an area that lacks many high-quality vegan options.
However, as someone who went 5 or so years between visiting Blue Dog Pub, it was disheartening to see how much the quantity and quality of the vegan options has declined....
This place is a hidden gem. I lived in Lansdale for a few years now and just started going in. Great take out craft beer selection that isn't overloaded with IPAs, they have tons of stouts, lagers, porters, etc.
They have classic German Dunkels on tap, as well as Guinness and other classic / rare beers including KBS at one point!
Great food with a rotating specials menu, great for date night because if your girlfriend doesn't like...
