My family and I just returned from a delicious dinner at Braise that warmed us up on a very cold night! Our waitress, Michelle, was kind and attentive throughout our meal. My husband and I split the Spiced Pear Salad, and I can't recommend it enough. The salad was so good, I asked for one to go! Our table also enjoyed the freshly baked cheddar bread with homemade apple butter, the Winter Ratatouille, and the Swordfish entree. We also were astounded by how delicious the desserts were. I highly recommend the amazing Pavlova and the Chocolate Tart! We're looking forward to going back again with friends!

Simply good food, delicate flavor without fad flare! First time in 15 min til close and the staff gladly seated us and fed us 3 delightful courses. As a chef I can appreciate things done differently that I would but well executed. We were given the best table in the house and Chef was sure to check on us. I look forward to returning! Shrimp and grits baby!

We had a delightful dinner this evening. Our food server, Olivia, was spectacular! Michele, the owner, was most accommodating and eager to please. We wish them all the best of luck and look forward to returning.

I was excited to try this fairly new farm to table restaurant in the area but I have to say I was a little disappointed. The chicken and waffle appetizer was frozen food heated up and definitely NOT farm to table. My salmon entree was very good but my husband's chicken cordon blue was served cold. I invited two couples to join us and we were a little disappointed when we were basically asked to leave because they were cleaning up under our feet. Won't be back.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner buffet. Turkey, ham, pork, several side dishes and variety of desserts. It was delicious, and will probably be a new holiday tradition for us. Ham, corn and stuffing with gravy were my favorites! Plus, the carrot cake was DELICIOUS!!! It is BYOB. Thank you for being open on Thanksgiving!! Loved it!!

Just wrapped up our family Thanksgiving dinner at Braise. The food was good, atmosphere, and service were on point as well. Love supporting small business, and doubly so when the experience makes you want to return, as did ours. Thank you for opening your restaurant for a Thanksgiving dinner that was delicious and stress-free!

We went to Braise for Thanksgiving and the food was outstanding!!! It was our first time there and we will DEFINITELY be back to try their regular menu. The owners Scott and Michelle are very humble people that love what they do and it was an awesome experience beginning to end. Thank you for doing such a great job!!!

Had a great meal here - in all aspects. Friendly and attentive service, perfectly prepared food , in a very nice atmosphere. The swordfish special, the whiskey beef tips, and the New York strip were all delicious. The fig and goat cheese tart and butternut squash/apple soup were also great starters. We all enjoyed ourselves and will return.

Food was delicious. Not sure how much everything cost because my father took me out for a birthday dinner and paid. It's a BYOB place. Server was extremely friendly.

We had such a good meal here. We could tell that the chef took great care in the dishes! The owner came out to greet us. Farm to table was very accurate. The veal chicken and ribs for spectacular. Well done ❤️

We had a very nice experience dining outside. The owners are very gracious and our server, Jill, was great. The biscuits are always a winner to start! I had the market salad which was fesh and delicious and the shrimp and grits were very authentic and tasty. Blueberry and peach crisp topped off the dinner perfectly.

Our neighbor told us about Braise. We had to try it. The food is wonderful. Time is taken to prepare a meal that is a proper portion and tastes amazing. If you are looking for mass amounts of food slapped onto a plate this is not the place for you. My husband is a great eater and we orders 2 appetizers, the biscuit basket, soup and short ribs. It was all wonderful. There is a true chef back in that kitchen, not just someone hired to cook. Time and care is presented in the plates here. The squash and apple soup is to die for. It is not thick and sweet like most. This chef thinks while he creates and that shows. We will be back!Quick mention....Open Table only had 5pm and 5:30pm reservation openings. We booked and went for an early meal. While at the hostess stand we mentioned it to the hostess. It is a glitch in Open Table that needs to be corrected. Call if you want a reservation. It is BYOB!
