You will always have to wait at the register for service. Seems the drive thru is more important. Fries are cold and the dining area is dirty. My feet stick to the floor because it is sticky and im talking about the carpet area.

The dining room is supposed to be open until 11 pm. It’s not even 9 pm yet and they locked the doors. There’s an uber or grub hub driver trying to get in to pick up their customer’s food and they can’t. This is ridiculous. If you’re open until a certain time you shouldn’t close hours earlier. Tried calling several times and it says their voice mail is full.

Got a double bacon cheeseburger, Oreo chocolate milkshake, chicken fries, and 2 cookies
Bacon was a bit wacky, and the chicken fries seemed thinner than I expected. The back of my chair also felt sticky(?) and the carpet looks like it needs to be vacuumed.
The food was still good overall, and it was only like a little over $13 for all of that. Way cheaper than other fast food joints I've been to where they overcharge for slop. Just for a quick and cheap lunch, this spot is pretty good, and you get a free paper crown.

A very popular location in Lansdale with a very friendly staff. The only complaints I have about the location is the wait (due to the popularity), and the parking lot being a little awkward to navigate. I totally recommend this burger king, just be aware of a wait at the drive-thru depending on the time of day

Went to this location tonight and ordered a smokehouse burger meal among other things. Got home and sadly no smokehouse burger. Had everything else, but no smokehouse burger after paying $12 plus tax. So irritated. Called the number on the receipt and it was an answering service. Left a message, doubt anyone will call back from it. Never going back to this location again.

This location just isn't capable of getting our orders right. I know delivery from these places seems like a win, but I've never not had missing items.
We like crispier fries. We sometimes ask that they be crispier but don't usually get our request answered.

I don’t know it it was racism, the clerk an old African American did not see me or did not want to take my order, or ignored like I was a young kid when I am almost 50. I felt a bad vibe just by walking inside this BK, I am not coming back to this location either my family or friends, this person was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I took off.
