Went to this location tonight and ordered a smokehouse burger meal among other things. Got home and sadly no smokehouse burger. Had everything else, but no smokehouse burger after paying $12 plus tax. So irritated. Called the number on the receipt and it was an answering service. Left a message, doubt anyone will call back from it. Never going back to this location again.
Service was good order was correct and food was hot
This location just isn't capable of getting our orders right. I know delivery from these places seems like a win, but I've never not had missing items.

I don’t know it it was racism, the clerk an old African American did not see me or did not want to take my order, or ignored like I was a young kid when I am almost 50. I felt a bad vibe just by walking inside this BK, I am not coming back to this location either my family or friends, this person was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I took off.

I hate to give this review, but it needs to be said. While I still contend that among the fast food options, Burger King makes some of the best burgers - better than either of its 2 biggest competitors, fast food is supposed to be fast, and this location has struggled with that.
I placed an order through the app and got into the drive-thru lane to grab it and go do some shopping, and the whole process took at least 15-20 minutes. There were about 6 cars in front of me, but 4 of them left the line before ordering, so I only really had to wait for 2 other parties to order before it was my turn. I gather that they were understaffed, but this is unfortunately a problem I've seen with this location multiple times. Hopefully they can work past this and get to a better state because their food still tastes great.

Ray from the drive through this morning made my day !!! Tough work night at the hospital went away when I pulled up seeing his beautiful smile, hearing his kindness and great sense of humor !!! Ray deserves to be recognized by BK with more then a pat on the back...100,000,000 stars and kudo's to the best employee I have encounter anywhere !!! The world needs more Sunshining " Rays " Thank you

Man working the drive through taking orders around 830pm on 6.17.24 was so rude. The lady who gave us our meal at the window was nice. We weren't finished ordering and he was rushing us and there wasn't anyone behind us.
