I been to every chick fil a. But this is the only chick fila who messes up the orders. When I say cheese biscuit. I get muffin. I say 5 French vanilla cream. I get one half and half milk. I say large fries. I get medium fries. I said hot cofee. I get cold coffee with vanilla which I didn't even order. So guys. Please make sure your order is right before you leave. Food is great but service is 👎 this is like 11th time it happened but I didn't complain until yet.

Last few times ive ordered large fries they have barely exceeded half the holder. $11+ for a meal and you cant even get the waffle fries right? You close the dining area down due to covid and made an absolute killing with your togo service over the last year. You think you would actually be able to focus on the food orders better but it seems like its a usual tactic they are usuing to save money on product.

I have spent ALOT of money at this location for myself and family. Christmas Eve we got catered nuggets and Mac cheese, the food was terrible. The nuggets were rock hard and the meat was like splintered, chipping and not edible. The Mac was nothing like the cups. Get catered food from a different location. The wraps were great! Called them 12/26 to let them know. They called back 2 days later 12/28 and asked for the food back 😆😭 the food was trashed the day I called on 12/26, huge franchises they just don’t care about customers!

However, I have a suggestion for improvement: the mobile ordering lane does not seem to add significant value, particularly given the efficiency of the existing curbside pickup system.
In fact, the mobile lane appears to be slower than the traditional drive-thru, which not only diminishes its utility but also risks frustrating customers. By reevaluating the necessity and functionality of the mobile lane, the restaurant could further enhance its service quality.
Despite this, the overall quality of the restaurant and its food remains outstanding, making it a commendable choice for dining.

I was there today picking up my order l! 3 employees walked pass the counter,looked at me and kept walking ?no Good morning, can I help you nothing! A cop came in the door from Salisbury department and immediately the manager ran over to help him? I'm still standing there and the same forgien, dark haired women with the ponytail that saw me standing there all that time decides to help me?she took forever because she was talking to the cop with the manager about some festival. She gave me my food and didn't say thank you,have a nice day nothing ? WILLOW GROVE Chick fil A WOULD NEVER‼️ Shame on y'all and it's not the first time they act like they don't see brown faces.

I can’t say enough good things about the Chick-fil-A in Lansdale! This place is my go-to for delicious food and top-notch service. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. The real star of the show is the store manager, Dawn. She is amazing! I’d love to meet her sometime. Dawn always sends the nicest emails with offers and friendly messages, truly embodying what customer service should be. Her style and dedication to customers are how I train my staff to serve clients. Kudos to Dawn and her team! If you haven’t been to this Chick-fil-A, you’re missing out!
