This is an amazing Dunkin. The Quakertown Dunkin should close... always outta everything... poor management... This place is great though... very friendly and always hot coffee... refreshers are awesome and their tea is really good too... This is a good Dunkin

Great service. I got home and realized an item was missing from my order. The store manager and staff were understanding and helped me get my order correct. I'm sad that this location is 27 minutes away, otherwise, it would be my go to DD.

The women are usually nice that serve, however the order is often wrong. I don't know if they just aren't listening or they have an issue with their radio headset but if you don't repeat things multiple times and then double-check what's on the monitor, something is bound to be wrong. Today I specifically asked for a hot coffee with cream and flavoring and I got only flavoring. This is probably the fourth time they have just not added milk or cream. Not sure if it's a supply issue or a layout issue but you would think they would ask to double check! There's one woman that specifically doesn't seem to understand, and will continue to hand you the wrong thing as you are explaining it is wrong period

I don't know if they charged me extra for a coffee or what, but that doesn't really interest me. I spent almost 10 minutes inside and they didn't serve me and then I left to order in my car and there they served me quickly. I don't know what the difference is. order inside and out and then they didn't give me my coffee that I ordered, I needed one and yes I think they charged me but it's better than if they don't feel like working on a day like today that they close I understand that they are tired or sleepless but but They take care with a good face that they stay asleep

Repeat customer of this location, mostly for convenience. In my last 3 visits to this location, there has been some issue with my order or service. Today, I went inside and literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes (9:10-9:15) without any acknowledgment and I walked out. Last time my donuts were picked with extra force "damaging" them. While I personally don't care for beauty of the donut, my clients and customers do when they think I poked holes in them. I understand places are short staffed and I extend additional patience to businesses for this reason but there are limits. I'll give them another chance but I may just start going to the Wawa across the street if this keeps up

There's a reason that the township made these guys put up no left turn signs at their exits. Yet, patrons here continue to be idiots and cause traffic jams in an already bad intersection. Idiots trying to make left turns out of the exits almost cause as much of a backup as septa...

5 cackling women working. All looking at their phones. I stood at counter for 8 minutes than decided to order off the screen. It went through printed my sticker and nobody moved for 5 mins. I walked over to the pickup counter and they still ignored me. This is at 1:00 in the afternoon
