One of my favorite Dunkins. I love how they make their drinks consistant which is a big deal for me bc I try a dunkin place once if they dont make it good, I just dont go back to that place. I don't feel I need to tell them to actually make it like the paper recipe calls. We all know when a drink is made in a stingy way. So this Dunkin makes it the right way and that is why I am their customer.

This is an amazing Dunkin. The Quakertown Dunkin should close... always outta everything... poor management... This place is great though... very friendly and always hot coffee... refreshers are awesome and their tea is really good too... This is a good Dunkin

Great service. I got home and realized an item was missing from my order. The store manager and staff were understanding and helped me get my order correct. I'm sad that this location is 27 minutes away, otherwise, it would be my go to DD.

The women are usually nice that serve, however the order is often wrong. I don't know if they just aren't listening or they have an issue with their radio headset but if you don't repeat things multiple times and then double-check what's on the monitor, something is bound to be wrong. Today I specifically asked for a hot coffee with cream and flavoring and I got only flavoring. This is probably the fourth time they have just not added milk or cream. Not sure if it's a supply issue or a layout issue but you would think they would ask to double check! There's one woman that specifically doesn't seem to understand, and will continue to hand you the wrong thing as you are explaining it is wrong period

I don't know if they charged me extra for a coffee or what, but that doesn't really interest me. I spent almost 10 minutes inside and they didn't serve me and then I left to order in my car and there they served me quickly. I don't know what the difference is. order inside and out and then they didn't give me my coffee that I ordered, I needed one and yes I think they charged me but it's better than if they don't feel like working on a day like today that they close I understand that they are tired or sleepless but but They take care with a good face that they stay asleep
