I use the app and it's pretty easy to order items. One thing though, if you don't know the area, it's kinda hard to know which Dunkin to go to. The app needs to show you relation-distance together.

Was buying from here regularly, almost daily, out of convenience, and would just silently take the rude and miserable customer service. Not anymore. Will drive further out to a different Dunkin, or Wawa from up the street so that I won't have to encounter such rude workers anymore.
