Fries were really salty. No tater tots.. will they come back? Fingers crossed they do. The cheese curds were good. ... :(... but the staff was really nice.

I truly don’t understand why I haven’t learned my lesson yet and keep coming back because I’ve been to this location 5+ times and there’s been an issue with my order not being correct every single time. They should really take tips from chick fila on how to hire reliable people. I’ve complained and the owner has asked for my info for a free entree which I never got

Not thrilled with mobile order experience at this location. The 1st time we did a mobile order we went to pick up from the drive through - as most fast food places allows. After being in the line for about 15 minutes we were told that we had to pick up inside. Ok we did that. A few weeks later we ordered via mobile order again. I went to the place inside where I picked up my food last time and waited for about 20 minutes, unattended. Finally somebody asked what I was waiting for. I said mobile order for xxx. It turned out our food was sitting at the so-called mobile order shelf- a corner at the other side of the store the whole time. Not sure why we cannot pick up from drive through, also not sure why the pickup place inside the restaurant changed. It was frustrating and confusing.

Visited in Florida and absolutely loved it!!! The staff, food and vibes were amazing! I will take this place over 5guys and Jake’s Wayback as well as those other fast food burger joints any day!!! The custard, made on premise is out of this world!!! I am am so stoked to see there are a few locations semi close to me near Hatfield, Lancaster so day trips are on the calendar!!!

We’ve been coming to Freddy’s since we moved to the area and it’s become our usual take out place! The workers are always friendly, the food is delicious and hot when you get it!

The food is ok for the price. Working here is not.

The management here was particularly challenging to work under. Support for employees seems almost nonexistent, and the people who work hard are severely underpaid given the amount of effort and responsibility they carry.

It’s especially disappointing because the brand’s philosophy emphasizes quality and care, but that hasn’t reflected in how employees are treated. Despite the potential for a positive work environment, it often feels like those values don’t extend to the people who keep the restaurant running daily.

For anyone who genuinely cares about growth and fairness in their job, there are likely better opportunities out there.
