Italian Delight Of Lansdale

This place sucks. Ordered one slice of pizza for lunch. Only customer in the store, and they burn it. I even tipped the guy. Thanks for ruining my lunch and time

We order take out (mostly pizza and pasta) from Italian Delight a LOT, and the food is consistently good. We really like the cheese pizza (with basil and extra sauce), the white pizza, the stuffed cheesesteak pizza, the buffalo chicken pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza. The angel hair with vodka sauce is my husband's and daughter's favorite, and we recently tried the hot wings, which are very tasty. This is our go-to pizza (and more) place when we have friends and family over. We haven't been disappointed!

Working out of town and stopped here on the way home. Great food and fair prices!

The shop forgetting food items and then called me back asking me to come back and pick them up. They then refused to deliver or refund the food. I work for a large local company and the food was decent but we will never use them again for our lunches. Disgraceful and bordering on theft.

This is our neighborhood Italian take-out restaurant and the food is very good. We typically get the dinners like Chicken Marsala or Shrimp with pasta. They are very accommodating for substitutions and will modify preparation for a food allergy or substitute vegetables for pasta for low carb diet. Prices are also reasonable and portions are generous.

These guys in here are genuine and humain. One day I was picking up for a doordash delivery and I told them that I was hungry and the pizza looked good, but I hadn't brought my wallet. They were nice enough to warm up 2 slices of pizza and give them to me. The pizza was very very good. I commend them and their business.

really bad— i got 3 slices and all were not good. The plain slice the crust was partly soggy?? like wet. The white pizza was stale and somehow tasted like nothing but it was ok and then I got a sicilian slice and it honestly was just awful tasting like frozen maybe. That was shocking because they made that fresh for me!! I won’t be coming back.

Extremely disappointed with the food and service from Italian Delight in Lansdale. I ordered a caprese panini which was described as being served with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and spinach (see screen shot of their website). Not only was this not a panini - it was served on pita - but there was no spinach and the cheese wasn’t even melted (see photos). I called the restaurant to explain my issue and the employee (manager? owner?) insisted caprese paninis do not come with spinach. He said they have tomato, mozzarella, garlic, and basil. I explained their website says otherwise and there wasn’t basil either. He dismissed me again and literally said, “Well, there’s nothing I can do at this point. Call Uber Eats if you have an issue.” Unbelievable! Won’t be ordering again.

Food was cold, expensive. Portions were small and didn’t match description. When i notified them nicely about how my food was cold, unpleasant and order didnt match description, the manager was rude and dismissive. Will not order here again.

Used to be a solid place but the food isn't the quality it was a few years ago.

The food quality has gone down as well as the service. Not sure if the restaurant got bought out but their sandwiches are so bad now and the orders aren’t correct.

I'm my opinion, Italian Delight has the absolute best pizza in the area.

*Note: I order take out so the atmosphere and service ratings are not that applicable. That said, I did arrive once believing my spouse called and placed an order, she did not. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant as always and his actions took on more urgency once my annoyance at my wife and having to wait for food became apparent (I was Hangry. No one is perfect). I believe the urgency he showed, combined with the faster than expected turn around is enough evidence to say that he (and kitchen staff) and by extension the restaurant strive to accommodate their customers. It was an off hour ago there were plenty of tables at which I could wait and play on my phone. It is for these reasons I feel the 5 stars in the non-food metrics are valid. A low bar perhaps, but it is predominantly a take out place, how much can you really expect?
