Second time I’ve ordered from this restaurant and they forget to include items (an entire sandwich) in an order. Forgetting items in an order, even small ones, should never happen. Leadership needs to ensure their staff always check the orders are fulfilled with correct items.

Haven't had Manhattan Bagel in many years and treated myself and sons mother n law after moving. $17+ for bagel, lox and cream cheese. It was excellent. She got a plain bagel with a shmere. Said was very good. So add a $2 tip and take out. Guess I didn't count on the prices going up so high since last time. Like I said though it was very good just above my budget to go back any time soon.

Paid $9 for a breakfast cheesesteak. Did not want peppers or onions so I chose egg and cheese only. They took that to mean I did not want steak on my CHEESESTEAK so I paid $9 for a disgusting and bland egg and cheese sandwhich.

Getting a bit frustrated with the Lansdale Manhattan Bagel shop. I am a fairly regular customer over the years and received my latest incorrect order. This is approximately the 4-5 time I have received and incorrect order. Today I ordered 13 bagels on-line and when I arrived home there were only 11 and only about half of then bagels were correct compared what I ordred.

So impressed with this place. Great service. Super friendly & helpful. Awesome selection, even after the breakfast rush. Very large, comfortable seating. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were excited to try and new bagel place as we just moved to the area. We placed an online order for two bagel sandwiches, two drinks and some extra bagels. We arrived about 5 minutes early for our pickup time, my husband waited and then asked if our order was ready. One of the workers told him no and was incredibly rude. He continued to wait, saw a bag and two drinks placed down and asked if his order was ready he again was told no (again the worker was rude). He continued to wait several minutes and was asked what order he was waiting for, he told them and then was handed the order he saw placed down 10 minutes earlier. By this time the frozen drink we ordered was completely melted, the hashbrown on the sandwich was soggy, and overall the sandwiches were a little cold and it was clear they had been sitting. It was incredibly disappointing to spend a significant amount of money for rude service and not fresh food. We will not be back!

Parking: The drive thru is very tight, and unless you know where the entrance is, it's difficult to find.
