Being a franchise, the owner dictates the prices and obviously this owner is extremely extremely greedy. DO BETTER !!!!! Think about the customers and not your pockets trying to fill them with cash…..

Girl working in drive-thru, Savannah, was the most ignorant individual I have ever come across in a fast food restaurant in my life. If she doesn't want to work and customer service she shouldn't be working in a position where she has to deal with people. I've had previously experienced bad service at this location and obviously the problem with the staff AND managers have not been fixed.

They did not give me fries and they did give us soda also they didn’t even give me cheese on my cheese burger and the manager is a jerk she was being so mean to her staff and gave me the stink eye when I asked for our missing drinks just go to Burger King or Wendy’s

Wasn’t even allowed to order food because some coworkers brought in their segways to charge while we dined in for lunch. We were verbally harassed by the general manager of the McDonalds and were told by one of the shift managers to leave because they were going to refuse service because they didn’t want to leave their thousand dollar equipment outside and out of sight. I didn’t even bring in a Segway and was refused service just because I was wearing the same uniform as my coworkers. Absolutely disgraceful. Never in my life have I experienced this in a McDonalds or any fast food establishment

Worst experience in my life from McDonald’s 100%. Horrible experience I had today I order a big breakfast without hot cakes and extra pancakes with bacon on the side. I DIDN’T get any syrup or jelly. I got a “lemonade” and it tasted just like water. 1 STAR
