First of all, I love the pretzels here.That said, I do not understand why they have cheesesteak pretzels on their menu. I’ve only seen them available once or twice in the years that I’ve gone here. I’ve been told they need about a half hours notice. I’ve attempted to call ahead to order them and they tell me “maybe tomorrow.” When I’m out with my kids and we are looking for something to do for lunch, I don’t have 24 hours to decide that. I have gone in and multiple people in line asked for them. How much money are they losing? Just take it off the menu if you don’t want to make/sell them.

Very disappointed! I ordered a pretzel nugget tray for a New Year’s Eve via DoorDash. When the order was not delivered, I called the Soft Pretzel Factory and was told ( rudely) that they closed to DoorDash early in the day. I asked if I could run to the store and pick up some nuggets and was told ( very rudely) no sorry. The store was open for another 2 hours! I was counting on the pretzel tray for a party that I was hosting. Disgraceful!

This location bakes their pretzels properly - crisp and golden brown. I go out of my way to get them here as my local Philly Pretzel stores undercook theirs. You would think a franchise would have more consistency. The Lansdale operation is a role model for the others.

Super Bowl Sunday, drove into town and turned at the door away unless I had pre-ordered. Won't sell 5 pretzels for Eagles super bowl Sunday. Is this the start of a bad omen (I hope not) but coming home the grocery store didn't have frozen super pretzels, my left turn arrow didn't give itself up, and 1800 kars4kids started playing on the radio. Philly pretzel factory started a $hit streak for me now but I hope the Birds win. But they lost a pretzel loving customer!
