First of all, I love the pretzels here.That said, I do not understand why they have cheesesteak pretzels on their menu. I’ve only seen them available once or twice in the years that I’ve gone here. I’ve been told they need about a half hours notice. I’ve attempted to call ahead to order them and they tell me “maybe tomorrow.” When I’m out with my kids and we are looking for something to do for lunch, I don’t have 24 hours to decide that. This location bakes their pretzels properly - crisp and golden brown. I go out of my way to get them here as my local Philly Pretzel stores undercook theirs. You would think a franchise would have more consistency. The Lansdale operation is a role model for the others.

Just there on the 17th closing time as they were locking up they opened door and gave me some pretzels absolutely cool deal very appreciated definitely recommend this place just something you don't see anymore THANKS
