I had a really disappointing experience at this location. While waiting for my order, I overheard an employee make an inappropriate comment about an African American customer, calling him a “jackass” and saying he “couldn’t even see him.” The remarks were vulgar, unprofessional, and came across as blatantly racist. I was so put off that I decided to leave and get dinner for my family somewhere else. I asked another employee what was going on and was told the person’s name is Matt. Based on what I witnessed, Matt showed a serious lack of customer service and professionalism. I’m requesting a follow-up to confirm that this issue has been acknowledged and addressed.

This location gives Pizza Hut a bad name ,delivery order was wrong and didn’t match promotion that was paid for ,rude fake tough guy and a miserable woman there ,no need for my Hut rewards anymore .

I’m leaving 5 stars for Brenda. I had 2 digits switched around on my delivery order by accident. Long story short, my food never got delivered and it wasn’t returned to Pizza Hut. So pretty much, it stayed with the driver and you know the rest. I called Pizza Hut and Brenda fixed my problem. She was very professional. She made me another order, and paid out of her own pocket to have my food delivered.

I order for delivery all the time,the couple drivers always seem nice to me& are very fast getting food here,I do tip generously cause they deserve it,I just read the one other review ,guy said he orders $100 orders but dosent tip driver,and he wonders why the service isn't friendly haha

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy I spoke to while ordering was soo rude to me he got me crying . I've been ordering from this location for yrs and for him to talk so rudely to me because he hates his Job was soo uncalled for.
The employees at this location are completely rude and disrespectful. The driver begs for a tip while placing an order. The staff hangs up on you in the middle of a sentence. Completely rude and disrespectful to their customers. If they don’t want to complete your order they just hang up on you. 100$ order and you get hung up on. After 5 times trying to complete one order we won’t be going back

Tried the Tuesday personal pan pizza and kids loved it. Ordered online and picked up when it said it would be done. Worker inside was nice and gave me my order as soon as it came out even though it was busy. My kids want to get the personal pan pizza again and would come back in the future.

Brenda I believe her name was did a amazing job she so quick so sweet and kind it was a super hot day I felt bad for her knowing the kitchen is even hotter but was still greeted with kindness went early on Tuesday for the $2 personal pizza bc I read they can run out which is understandable every place can run out of products she was telling me they only get a certain number of casing in and can sell on Tuesday deal so go early instead of getting mad at the employees when they run out it’s not there fault but thanks to Brenda for her hard work and kindness

Edit: The loud and angry manager has been replaced. Updated my review to 5 stars. Thank you to the higher ups for looking out for the workers in this situation. These people deserve to be working in a place where their hard work is rewarded rather than be yelled at by their manager. Especially in front of customers. Previous review: The food itself and the service is perfectly fine. But, every time I've come to pick up dinner from this location of Pizza Hut, the manager is always yelling at the employees. Big guy, loud voice, might be a closing shift manager. Not even just a little bit of yelling, I mean to say that this guy is giving straight up verbal abuse to the employees. I personally don't mind swearing. But, I do mind his hypocrisy towards the employees. He drops swears constantly, but the moment that another employee swears he gives them an attitude about swearing in front of customers. He's a verbally abusive hypocrite who should not be a manager. He either needs to have someone put him in his place, or get him some therapy. This isn't normal behavior, and it's not behavior that I would want to deal with as a customer, and it especially wouldn't make me want to ever look for a job here. The attitude of the manager matters more than people may realize. And this guy shouldn't be a manager. If this guy changes his attitude or gets replaced, this would change to a 5 star review.
