A pepperoni pizza should have pepperoni on it not one or two specially when you call it a pepperoni lover pizza. My food was cold. It was disgusting. The quality of the food has gone down to zero. My food was over an hour late on 01/12/2025

We had a really bad experience with our pizza. We requested a stuff crust pizza with grilled chicken. The ratio from pizza to crust was off, there was more crust than normal. Additionally, there was 2 pieces of grilled chicken per slice. We paid $22.18 for a skimpy pizza. Will not order from here again and if all pizza's are prepared the same as mines; I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

I've ordered from this location several times. One night I was craving their bread sticks. I called the store, spoke to a super nice man (forgot his name, sorry!). He was very helpful.
The reason I gave them 4 stars for Food category, is because they charge $8.04 for only 5 regular bread sticks! Not cheese, no bacon. Just plain bread sticks! What the???! C'mon Pizza Hut. You guys are good, but not that great to charge that kind of price for 5 bread sticks. What a ripoff. Won't be ordering those again. I'll just stick to their pizza.

Awful service. Food tastes like microwaved garbage. Cheese is like plastic. Calls go unanswered. Delivery is late. I don't know why I keep trying this place again. I'm never ordering from them again after my last awful experience. Their service is somehow even worse than it was before they closed this location the last time for an extended period of time. Don't waste your money or time.

I ordered online for pickup and when I got there they didn't have my order ready. I had to wait more than an hour and they didn't give me the right order and everything was cold.
Met a guy with an amazing guy named Anthony. He helped me out and everything great energy and customer service I’m going to continue buying there.

Anthony has a ready smile for everyone who enters the Pizza Hut in Lansdale. He always makes you feel welcomed and that he is happy to see you! He checks on your order if it is not ready when you arrive and keeps you informed. Food is always prepared as ordered. The team at this Pizza Hut is always nice and helpful but Anthony is the best!

To be honest, I was having a very rough day and I was hungry, so I said, let me get something quick to eat and Pizza Hut was in my view. When I first arrived, I was greeted with a big smile, that made me feel a little better than earlier. I wanted to just get a pan pizza and leave but this nice young man made me my day. No, I’m in no way talking about flirting, I’m talking about how polite he was and very respectful. I asked him for his name bc he made me feel like family and the atmosphere was beautiful… This young man’s name was Anthony. I won’t ever forget him or his smile…

Worse experience ever!!! Do NOT go to the Lansdale Pizza Hut. They did not only forget the sodas I paid for in advance they sent me a duplicate order and billed me more than the first one and forgot those sodas. They use door dash for delivery and I had to fight with the driver to take the 2nd order back. When I called the stores several times for a refund they left me on hold and no one ever got on and then just hung up on me when I called back. I have a complaint into their corporate office but so far they have been of no help either. So I spent $80 on a $23 meal deal. Beware they do not care about the customer at this location
