Trying to get dinner for me and my two-year-old son. After trying to use their website and their app for almost 20 minutes with no success, I called the store thinking even though they had 15 minutes left they would accommodate me because it’s not my fault Their website sucks, their app is garbage, that’s not my fault… so I call and he’s like I just would like to inform you, ma’am, that we close in 12 minutes, I said OK so I have 12 mins to order right??? this is for delivery I’m not eating in that restaurant… so then he goes and takes my phone number. I tell him it won’t be tied to that and then I tell him where I am….I am 2.6 miles from the store… 2.6!!!! and he tries to tell me that he does not deliver here Confirmed with the front desk at the hotel… 100% deliver here… I even amended my order and only got pizza related items so that way they wouldn’t have to turn the fryers back on, they just didn’t feel like doing the order even though they place of business is open until 10 o’clock not 9:45 or five of…10 o’clock… I myself Worked 22 years in the food service industry and I’m currently a manager in Retail And this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received 15 minutes. They literally put the pizza on a wire rack and send it through the Oven literally no dishes I would accommodate them the best I had with the time I had absolutely terrible service will never ever eat at Pizza Hut again And I’ll be sure to let all my friends and coworkers know just terrible service. The Pizza Hut and landfill gives out to their customers I would say thank you but I don’t want to insult my phone.

For pizza hut the food was fine until I found a long curly blonde hair baked into the cheese of my cheesey bread. That being said the rest of my food ended up in the trash. It was extremely disappointing.

Once the app said good was fine and I got to the store I still waited an additional 20 minutes. Employees were rude and seemed very annoyed. The one female worker was running her hands through her hair and then proceeded to go back and pull food from the oven and cut them without washing her hands.

This place has the absolute worst customer service… the person that was working tonight got my Oder wrong and I called to complain that I don’t eat meat … he didn’t apologize for the mistake nor did they give any to make a new one. So I didn’t get to have my pizza tonight

Worst experience i ever had with pizza delivery. 1st delivery guy shows up without the pizza, only the wings and he asks me to come to his car to get it, creepy. 2nd delivery guy comes back in 15 min with cold everything. It’s sad that pizza huts has fallen to this level of customer service.

Ordered food through the Pizza Hut app it was 20 minutes late. Both pizzas were wrong. TheMozzarella sticks were French fries instead. And when we called to get it fixed the put us on hold and then hung up twice. Called back and asked for a manager they said they were the manager and when we told them what happened they said who delivered your order we told them several times we ordered through the Pizza Hut app and when I said I didn’t know he said what do you want me to do and then after I said I wanted them to fix it he said he couldn’t because he didn’t know my number or name which he never asked for and then hung up.

Someone forgot about my order when I placed it online and had to wait 15-20 mins for it. I also tipped because I wanted contactless order and had to go in and actually wait for it. They need to step their game up or re-train staff..I gave 2 stars because the guy at the front said he’d take care of it

Food was pretty good I’m not gunna lie. Had an issue with my order where I accidentally made the order to carry out not delivery and I called the restaurant and the people were very friendly and assisted me.
