I have tried to get the chicken dippers 3 separate times at this location and still have not been able to have them! First time I was there 45 minutes before closing and they literally told me “yo we ain’t got no more chicken “ that was the response, second time again they were just out! And the third time today I went at around 7:30 pm and asked for chicken dippers which were advertised everywhere and he said “ yeah we ain’t got those no more” seriously!?! What the heck this location is terrible do better!!!

We have ordered many times hoping for a different outcome but every time we are missing items or for example I ordered the shrimp with 2 chicken tenders and didn’t get any chicken just shrimp, we also ordered a large beans and rice and only got a large beans. Disappointed one too many times!
Umm so today 3/12/25 an employee had his shoes off with his socks on it made me very uncomfortable & honestly disgusted. Also this location does something weird to their frozen lemonade. At all popeyes locations the frozen lemonade is yellow & has a different consistency than what I receive at this location. My frozen drink is white and chunky, not like any other popeyes location I’ve been to where I order the frozen lemonade. The employee with his shoes off was definitely a bad look & bad vibe for the store. I’ll be going to the one on Bethlehem Pike if I ever regain my cravings for popeyes.

I ordered from here today on doordash and my drink had black specs in it like if it was dirt or mold i was so disgusting i had to dump my drink. I called to tell them and the lady kept act for my order then saying it isnt there
