I ordered a hoagie tray online for New Year’s. When I picked it up there were three employees working. I had brief interactions with all three of them and they were all helpful and friendly. My order was 100% correct and everyone loved it. I will definitely use Primo’s again for party catering. One of the employees was also kind enough to hold the door open for me as I left.

The Primos hoagies in Lansdale is so inconceivably bad. Several times I've called, been put on hold, drove there, and the place is empty with the two workers just standing around. They put you on hold because they don't want to be bothered with your business.

primos is always awesome. I don’t think I’ve ever had a sub that was rated anything less than five out of five stars. We typically get one of their large party platters for events like poker night, sleepovers, or work team dinners.The staff here was fantastic, and provided food drinks, plates, napkins and cups for my team cut over. We’ve had roughly 25 people, for a very reasonable price.It’s nice to know that the individual Primos are individually owned, and have the same quality standards.Love Primos!Vegetarian options: there are probably four or five good hoagies in the vegetarian category, and so far I’ve never had a mess. Love them all.

The sandwiches are very good but pricey but their online ordering system is slow and frustrating to try to use. Jersey Mike's food is just as good but their ordering system is easy to use.

Today I Ordered 2 hoagies, Italian and the Soprano. The Italian was fine. However the Soprano was missing everything thing I requested, sweet and hot peppers, lettuce, onions and pickles and mayo and oil on the side, I called and explained to the young lady and was offered to bring my sandwich back and they would complete the order correctly, that’s just too much in this heat, I will not be going back there again!!

The one guy looks in his late 20’s that works on weekends mostly, is the best! Sandwhiches is always made perfect, and his customer service is outstanding! Super nice and pleasant whenever I stop in! Wish I knew his name to give him the credit he deserves!
Very good sandwich, just wish the prices were a little more reasonable so I would come more often.

I live across the street, so Ive ordered here quite frequently. New owners seem nicer than the last. Unfortunately, tonight, the roll was stale as heck(at least a day old) and I had a nice long blonde hair in my sandwich. Yum. $17 for a hair. I won't be back:(
