We were seated immediately, our server was not congenial, at all...was a bit of racism ?trout was good and my lobster too ..I guess should be grateful for that.

Our dining experience on Thursday, March 28, 2024 was excellent. It started off with our server Sarah, who was coming into work as we were entering the Hello restaurant. Sarah L took the time to hold the door for us to go in first as opposed to rushing because she was due at work. She waited on us promptly and seated us. We were quite surprised to find out that she would be our server as well. Her bubbly personality was a pleasure. She recommended drinks & food items to us that proved to be exactly as she said , great choices! Whenever I return to this Red Lobster location, I hope that Sarah L is our server. She is definitely an asset to this location. I request that this review be shown to Sarah as well as put in her file so that when increases are available, she is recognized.Parking: Lots of parking available

Awful.. so ridiculous that we in fact left before getting seated. Waited at the front for 20 minutes without being greeted even. Stood in front of the podium at the front watching staff go by, serving and checking on the very few tables they had, while totally ignoring us. They were NOT busy by any means..in fact it looked to be on the slower side.. there is NO excuse for this kind of treatment at a well aged and established chain! We left hungry, and went somewhere else.

Our server Jill was great, my husband and I had lunch here. I believe she was the only sever at the time because they had just opened but she did amazing with all the tables she had. My husband really enjoyed the lobster tail and steak. We’ll be coming back soon.

I've been coming to this location for over 25 years but my most recent experience was by far the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever encountered . Started off with an almost 15 minute wait for my server to come over and take our order . I noticed he was tied up with a larger party of about 8 people when we sat down . Finally our order was taken which was pretty simple , 2 endless shrimp platters and 1 salmon platter . Waited almost 30 minutes for our order to come out ,just for all of our dishes to be room temperature cold and not freshly prepared . When we complained about the temperature and the freshness the plates were taken away just to be returned minutes later and were probably microwaved as opposed to being freshly done over . After complaining to our Waiter who appeared more interested in the needs of the large party he was catering to , we asked for the manager who didn't come to our table for at least another 15-20 minutes. The Manger finally comes out with an apron on and assures us fresh food will be brought out. After another 15 minute wait our endless shrimp platters were brought out without the proper sides and just small portions of shrimp which appeared to be the unlimited portions they give you on your second serving . Finally , I told the Waiter to take these platters off my bill because I was totally turned off and lost my appetite. My check was finally brought out with 2 of the platters taken off but I was still charged for Sodas and salads and the Manager never came back out to offer any type of additional apology or comp. That's OK because I will never patronize this RedLobster location ever again !?

Well, my favorite appetizer, the stuffed mushrooms, are inconsistent in how they are made. And last visit .... they were mostly filler and cheese, no crab or shrimp. It's disappointing because every location should be following the same recipe. And bring back the wings

Tried to pay with a Red Lobster Gift Card. They informed me that the Gift Card our daughter gave us before COVID is inactive. The back of the card reads "This Gift Card does not expire". It seems there is a difference between expiring and being inactive. Thanks Red Lobster.
