Learning life lesson! My wife, daughter and I came to this Rita’s tonight. While the service was ok, I had asked for a Peanut Butter Mudslide blendini. This was at 8:30pm on Thursday. I had $100 in my pocket, ready to leave to the hard workers at this establishment. One worker says, “I think we put the stuff away for it”. So another comes back to the window and says “I’m sorry but we put the toppings away already”. While she says this the other girl says “it’s right in the fridge”, twice. Life lesson is this; I decided not to tip the $100. I’m very generous with GOOD service, ones that care about us, the customer. Sorry girls! Maybe next time. ***Im not upset! I was trying to do something nice for these hard workers. Just disappointed I had to leave with the $100

Please tell your employees when a quart of waterice is ordered and payed for, a quart is what the customer is to receive. Not the bottom half scooped in such a way it left massive airpockets, and the top filled like 3/4 of an inch from the brim.

Surprised Granddaughter and parents with Ices with gilati twist. My surprised was the small was the size you would give a 2 yrs old. The large was what I thought was regular. OK so I haven't been to Rita's in years but really? 4 Ice with twist were $23+. ? was really good but next time I'll buy a few tubs of ice cream and toppings. ?

We're glad we stopped by. Very friendly and efficient staff.
The sugar free Dragon fruit is pretty good however the sugar free Cherry taste like poison mixed with cough syrup, I wish you had a different sweetener for that one. The Frozen custard is great!

I love ritas ice cream, only thing is that they should put in cup more clean manner, it was all dripping down the cup and also some of ice cream price was not changed on the menu, it was slightly charged higher by 50 cent something like that, it was not big difference so i let that go, but should reflect honest price It's just matter of feelings
