I did a creat your own salad, it was fine, but I could have made something better at home. They had tofu which is nice but the lettuce was mostly brown.

So I ordered a salad and I ordered pasta in my salad it literally had four pieces of pasta in the salad the salad look like it came from the garbage and never again I will never order from there ever again $11 salad garbage

Listen up LANSDALE location, go visit the Wayne location and see how a Saladworks franchise operates. The freshest ingredients, no stingy spoonfuls, clean tables, and a staff that is happy to work there and serve customers! Imagine that? I have been visiting the Lansdale location off and on for 20 years. It used to have a line out the door. I haven’t seen that in years. It starts with leadership. Get it together and make it a worthwhile place for your employees to work at. They’re good people. You need to set a proper example.

I have been to your location twice in the last week or so and was very annoyed by your staff. First time the gentleman pants were hanging down and I you saw was boxers. Guess I should be glad he had boxers on. And then last evening and the women was more worried about leaving then her job. And it was only 7. Seemed very distracted about leaving then task at hand. Bad customer service. Not sure I will return to your location. But we shall see.

Not only my 8$ medium soup is barely bigger then the dressing container but I found an extremely long hair wrapped around the chicken in my salad. I'm glad it was towards the end of eating it, I would of been upset to throw away an overpriced average salad right away

Service was okay, and the salad was average. What really stood out—in a bad way—was the cleanliness. Bathroom was dirty, and the dining area didn’t feel fresh or well-kept. Needs some serious attention to hygiene.

I ordered Roasted turkey sandwich, now the one picture is what the sandwich is supposed to look like the other picture is the sandwich that I got that is literally a piece of crap. Looks nothing like the picture missing 90% of the meat. I have shredded cheese on there no regular cheese and some of my lettuce is bad. This is my first time ordering from here and you can guarantee I would never order from here again, I tried to call the store I got sent to voicemail twice this is ridiculous. I paid $12 for a sandwich that looks like trash and is missing half my ingredients or at least the correct ingredients also And I work in a restaurant and this is just sickening.

I had the crispy Asian chicken salad. The ingredients were well blended and greens were fresh. It was a much better alternative to other popular fast food joints.

The food amd service was great. I ordered the Buffalo chicken pannini. The only con was I could not find the the price of it posted anywhere. If it is posted its difficult to find . Other than that everying is a ok . I would recommend eating here.
