Shelby's Sweet Things is exactly what we needed.
I called around and could NOT find anyone who was willing and able to make a unique sheet cake (lemon with strawberry frosting) for a graduating high school senior.
Richele immediately said, “No problem”.

Amazing food truck with delicious food. They were at Springfield Township HS for the VOE Block and everyone was raving about how delicious their food is. Do yourself a favor and get food from this truck!!!!
After the sugar free cake I ordered online arrived unpresentable, Richele saved the day by baking a sugar free cheesecake for my diabetic relative with very little notice. Her cake (and customer service) were incredible and we will certainly be repeat customers!
