They used to be excellent, but for the past several months they are out of stock of half of the menu items before 5PM! What is going on with this place?

I was up all night last night sick in my stomach, actually trying to barf but couldn't. I had the sausage for dinner, the steak sandwich, and chicken fingers. My experience in life the very few times I got sick from food, was chicken or sausage. They go through sausage fast, so probably the chicken. I eat 1x a day. Dinner so it was definitely that. Trust me I could tell. It's 1030 am i ate last night at like 430 and I'm still sick. Didn't sleep and it sucks. I gave 2 stars not just 1 ,because I had this same food there before 4 times and I was fine. In fact it was great. But this.. this os the opposite of great. I want to throw up 18 hours after eating here and can't.

I have been to Wisters a number of times, the brisket and cornbread are dry. The wings are okay. The ribs are hit or miss, either great or rubber. Unfortunately they have been the latter in my recent orders. In my lastest experience I ordered a full rack of ribs. They came out inedible, they were nice enough to give us a fresh rack, but they were worse. The other two people with me agreed. They took one bite out it down. Waste of 30$. I am done going there, just inconsistent.

Honestly, super underwhelming. Went like 20 min after opening and they were somehow already out of the sausage links and Brunswick stew. Got the fatty brisket and collard greens. Fatty brisket was pretty good. The collard greens were meh. Probably wouldn’t go back and would rather take the longer drive up to Jesse’s up in Souderton.
Food was ok. I expected better from a Bbq place. They were out of alot of things on the menu. The place could have been cleaner. All staff was younger kids.

Had the wings, hot mess sandwich, and the fried triple combo. All amazing. Ate in with my family and it was great.
The bbq sandwich I ordered had a lot of burned pieces in it. I had to remove them from my sandwich... Leaving little to eat. What I did have was very good. The manager was very kind & refunded 1/2 my money . He did say it was the bottom of the pot. But still it shouldn't have been served. I will try it again like I said what I did eat was good.

Absolutely delicious if you’re in the Lansdale area in PA stop in you won’t be disappointed
Delicious local BBQ place. My favorite on the menu is the chicken tenders or the pulled pork sandwiches. The sauces are so good! The sweet tea is homemade too!
